  • Expertly decorated, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath, oceanfront Margate condo is modern elegance at its finest! The living room is relaxed yet refined and has access to the balcony and an incredible north-facing view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach below! There is plenty of seating with a L-shaped sofa, 2 rocker swivel chairs and a club chair; the living room also boasts a large flat-screen smart TV. The dining area is delightful, it is completely open to the living area and has seating for 6 under the clear sea glass chandelier. This condo features a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gorgeous countertops, and upgraded cabinets. There are tons of wonderful cookware, dinnerware, and stemware.

    The master bedroom is enormous; it has tons of light, a desk for those that need it, and has access to a truly magnificent ensuite!! This stylish, yet comfortable space is decorated in soothing ocean colors, this space is the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun and an even better place to wake up as you lounge in the king-sized adjustable bed!! The master ensuite features a double vanity and a custom glass-enclosed shower with multiple shower heads, including a rain shower head and a handheld. The first guest bedroom is as spacious as it is enchanting, featuring a king-sized bed, this room continues the theme of beachy elegance the rest of the condo has with luxurious ocean views. This bedroom also has an ensuite with a double vanity and large walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom is cozy with a queen-sized bed and a smart TV. The third bathroom is well-appointed with beautiful finishes and a glass-enclosed stand-up shower. There is a “beach entry” door in addition to the main for less transfer of sand/water along with a full-sized washer and dryer.

    Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Pool Complex and Waterparks at Embassy Suites Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24-hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.

Great Touches

We've stayed in several units in the Margate over the years, and the thought the owners put into the remodel of this one was very evident! It made for a wonderful, relaxing stay.

Nice unit in Myrtle Beach

Unit is just as advertised. We found it clean and the kitchen was stocked and equipped well for out Thanksgiving meal. Great place to stay.

We love this unit in Margate Tower in Myrtle Beach. It is a beautiful unit stocked to make a stay easy. We will rent this often on our trips to the beach.

Can’t wait to come back, great condo!

My wife, my mom and myself came down for the weekend and had a great time. I have stayed at Kingston quite a few times in the margate and the Brighton condos. By far, the best place I’ve stayed!

Beautiful Condo

This condo is just beautiful! Sooo much room and the kitchen has everything you could ever need. Check in was a breeze and the resort is also immaculate. This was our second visit to Margate Tower and we will be back.

Exceeded expectations! Exquisite condo and first rate property. The furnishings are beautiful, the beds are excellent. The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. Two master suites with separate mechanical controls. The bathrooms and closets are large and well designed. The overall property is excellent and convenient. Great ocean view from the living room and two of three bedrooms. The balcony is large and well furnished.

Multi-Generational Thanksgiving at the Beach!

We had a lovely stay at this waterfront unit! Well-appointed kitchen met all our cooking needs though there were plenty of restaurants nearby too. Comfortable, roomy, and what a view! Management was very responsive to any questions we had. We would happily stay here again!

Absolutely Gorgeous !

This property is by far the best location I've ever stayed in. It was clean, beautifully decorated, the staff was very friendly, it's so close to the beach and the balcony views were stunning. I stayed in this property last year and when I saw it was available again when planning this years trip, I had to snatch it up. I will definitely stay here again next year. I felt like I was home.

A true “home away”

Impeccably decorated and beautifully maintained. I could not have had a better experience in this wonderful property. Gorgeous views and everything you needed for a vacation. I’ve stayed at this location 2 previous times but this condo was by far the most exquisite. I can not wait to come back
