  • Well maintained and updated elevated beach home in Ocean Lakes, Holiday Inn Section. This 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom, ocean view beach house sits 120 feet from beach access. It is located on site 1185 in Ocean Lakes in Myrtle Beach, which is a family-oriented, 24-hour gated, security patrolled community with a multitude of amenities.

    Ocean Lakes boasts nearly a mile of privately owned beachfront, it features eight fresh water lakes, a recreation center with supervised activities for children such as day camps, fire engine rides and playground activities. Facilities on site in the campground include a heated indoor pool, an outdoor olympic sized pool, kiddie pools, and water park, golf cart rental, three snack bars and an arcade with 80+ games, an outdoor theatre with scheduled events, playgrounds, basketball courts, shuffle board, skateboard park, miniature golf, dog park and wash, a full-time recreation staff, and a mile of beach all within the community grounds on over 300 acres.

    The house has three ocean view decks, an open living room/dining room and kitchen floor plan with high 10 foot ceilings and ceramic tile floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, microwave and refrigerator with ice maker and a large serving bar. There is also a dining nook that seats 8 plus the bar that seats 3. There is also a 1/2 bath located next to the living room area.

    The master bedroom is on the 1st floor with king size bed, private full bathroom, and access to an ocean view deck.

    The washer and dryer are conveniently located on the main level.

    The 2nd floor has a center hallway with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The two front queen bedrooms each have upper level deck access for ocean viewing. A third queen bedroom sits across from the bunk room. The bunk room sleeps four, with 2 twin beds & 1 full bed. All four bedrooms have convenient access to the two full upstairs bathrooms.

    The home has large tv's in the living room and master bedroom. The house has wifi.

    Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented community and the rental of this house is intended for couples and families. We do not rent to groups under 25 years old.

    Ocean Lakes requires guests register and pay a daily fee for parking. This entitles you to the use of all amenities. The charge for parking is per day/per vehicle and is not included in your rental.

    From Memorial Day to Labor Day I will only accept weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday.
    Check in time is 4:00 pm Saturday
    Check out time is 10:00 am Saturday

Relaxing location and easy access to the beach

Very nice home away from home. Great decor. Quiet location with a relaxing deck for unwinding. This was our first time staying at this home and 3rd stay at the Ocean Lakes Resort. This was my favorite home within Ocean Lakes. We hope to return again.

Wonderful

My family and I spent a week at this property. You can't beat the location. Six houses from the ocean with ocean view in quiet area. Plenty of deck furniture for the whole family to enjoy the outside. Becky, the owner, was great to work with. Needs a thorough cleaning but that is no fault of the owner. Already making plans to stay here next year.

Very Nice House & Great Beach Location

The houses was perfect for our 11-person extended family group. Beach access was very close; easily walkable for everyone from grandparents to young children. And the amenities (water park, playground, basketball courts, etc) included with its Ocean Lakes location were a big plus. The house itself was very well appointed. All the appliances were newer. The owner war easy to communicate with.

The house was super clean with a perfect location and great layout for 3 families (2 who had kids). Becky was easy to reach and so nice, helpful, and accommodating for us with various travel schedules. We’re already planning a trip back!

Myrtle beach comfort

We have been coming to Ocean Lakes for over 25 years. This house was comfortable, roomy and well stocked. The owner was very accessible. There is lots of deck space and a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great house in Ocean Lakes!

We had never been to Ocean Lakes, but came to spend Easter weekend with friends who were camping. We had a great long weekend and really enjoyed this house! The house was very clean, well stocked, and had tons of space. We would definitely stay here again.

Frequent Flyer at Ocean Lakes

My family and I have been coming here for 6 years and so far, this has been our favorite house. It was super clean and stocked with everything we could have needed. Just a short walking distance to the ocean and very quite at night. We spent a good a lot of time on the front porch which easily accommodated our group of 11. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Comfortable Stay!

This house was in a great location, the property owner was very responsive. One thing I will say is that unlike other properties, this one had comfortable living room furniture and plenty of porch furniture as well. Plenty of room underneath for several cars and golf carts. And a great wraparound porch. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful vacation home!

The house was beautiful! Bigger than what we could imagine, great for our large family(6 adults, 3 children and a dog), Loved having the 3 1/2 baths. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, I've stayed in many rentals at Ocean Lakes over the years and this is one of the best. We were steps from the ocean which was great! Becky was wonderful to work with as well!

Great location

Great location off main path. Close to the beach just a quick walk. Only 2 downfalls were cleanliness which is of no fault to owner. Notified owner and cleaning people came back to fix the issue. And air conditioning was leaking in floor in one of the bathrooms causing a bit of a hazard. But I would stay here again, nice place.

Girls Getaway

My 2 friends and I spent a long weekend getaway here, and it was fantastic. The house very spacious, beds very comfortable, and the rental management very nice and accomadating. We didn't get out and about besides taking the golf cart for a spin or down to the beach. But that's what we were looking for in our long weekend away. What a wonderful place to go and just relax for a few days. Will definitely go back!! Even longer next time!!

BE AWARE

Was so excited about this stay with our family. Planned it for a year. This place was so dirty I had to clean it before we brought our things in. Filthy dirty....blood on bed and pillows, furniture has not been cleaned in who knows when, hair in all the bathrooms, showers do not drain, fridge and kitchen cabinets disgusting, I could go on an on. Over 5,000.cost..what an enormous disappointment. Advised host of some of these issues without even a reply. Do not do this to yourself unless you have low standards.
