Stylish beach theme abounds in this spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath, pet-friendly single dwelling unit managed by Beachy Keen Vacations. One bedroom is a king, two bedrooms are queens and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. This newly remodeled cottage features a large gathering room with 47` cable TV/VCR that is perfect for large families. Every bedroom has a TV and one bedroom has a VCR as well. Great when you are traveling with children!

Two porch swings under the cottage are the perfect place to sit and chat with friends and family while you grill out and the children play in the sandbox. Perfect for those unfortunate rainy days. The utility room has a cart that`s just right for hauling everything to the beach - a short 130 yards. Two pools are located throughout the property as well as a swing-set area. Everything you need for a perfect family vacation or a great golf getaway!

Check in is a breeze. Immaculate inside. Plenty room for our 3 families. Within walking distance to beach, where we actually found a very clean restroom around 75 feet from beach access. Loved having access to multiple beach chairs and an umbrella and a wagon to load it in. Nice pool 3 doors away. Kids loved the swing underneath the home. Very attentive to our needs-immediate response. Definitely recommend for a nice family vacation!

The home was perfect. Kitchen is a bit small but doin a dance to gt around another 1 was fun. Having No hallway was great. Conveniently located close to beach. Golf cart rental was a breeze. Loveeeee the lay out of neighborhood. We will be back.

Beautiful property, exactly as expected!

This home was exactly as described in the listing. Everything was clean and well taken care of. They even provide some extras like bars of soap in each bathroom, extra toilet paper and paper towel to get started with. The location was phenomenal...it is a couple minutes walking distance to the beach. They even provided coolers and a cart to pull the beach chairs in. The neighborhood is well kept and the 2 pools that are also a short walk are great. Everyone in the neighborhood was so friendly. We had an excellent stay and will be back again for sure!

Very nice and well kept cottage.

Let me start by saying that I am a real clean fanatic. The cottage was very well kept and clean. The extra touches ( dish towels looked like bows, the TP and tissues looked like roses and the towels on the beds were made to look like you would see on a cruise ship) made me feel welcome. The area at the guest cottages is very quiet which isn’t generally what you have at the beach. I would definitely recommend this cottage and I’m certain we will go back to it.

Perfect family cottage near the beach

We loved this cottage! The 4 bedrooms were great and having 3 bathrooms were awesome. Cottage was updated and clean, comfortable beds and beach chairs, wagon and umbrella were appreciated since we flew from Boston! Beach is a 4 min. Walk. We loved being in N. Myrtle Beach as it was quiet yet still had everything we needed! The convinience and liquor store were great and easily walked to!! Host was attentive and helpful. Highly recommend this cottage!

A very nice place. Centrally located to everything including the Beach which you could walk to. Owner had obviously made a real effort to provide you with everything you could need in the way of amenities or appliances .Even granted access to a storage area which contained just about anything you would need for the beach or ocean activities. We used it to store our golf clubs.Would definitely rent it again in the future. George Dalzell

Spring Break 2024

We have stayed at this place on 3 different occasions and this was our 4th stay! We love this place! The first time we came, it was with our 3 adult sons, our daughter in law, and our 9 month old grandson. We came this time with two more granddaughters! Great Rental

Cute beach house that was a short walk to the beach. Great house layout that suited our needs well. We were in town for an event at the Convention Center - convenient location and easy access to food/shopping. I would recommend this property.
