Beautiful private end unit! Featuring 2b/2b near swimming pool.

This golf course view condo is a newly decorated 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom ground floor unit in the Magnolia North section of Myrtlewood Villas. Beautiful new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, travertine floors in living room & dining room and new carpet in bedrooms . Top of the line, upscale furniture and mattresses! Each bedroom comes with a flat screen TV, and a comfortable bed that can transition into one king or two twin beds. Both bedrooms have access to beautifully remodeled bathrooms! In addition to the bedrooms we have a new pull out couch. This condo can accommodate up to six! Perfect for six golfers, three couples, families on retreats.

The living room is spacious and open to the dining room and fully stocked kitchen. The living room has a huge 60' flat screen TV and blueray/DVD player.

Every morning enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio!

Some of the conveniences that are provided include free WIFI, full size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer. Another upgrade that this condo has is keyless entry. An entry code will be given to you before you arrive. No lengthy check in process or keys to keep up with!

Location! Location! Location! This condo is centrally located near Broadway at the Beach with 350 acres of shopping and entertainment, water parks, miniature golf and restaurant row. Just a short 1.5 mile drive to the beach with plenty of public parking. The more adventurous can walk there. Myrtlewood is in the heart of Myrtle Beach, yet in a quite and relaxing setting.

Very cute place,.comfy and convenient pool in back yard! There is an odor like must, when you walk in, but there is a purifier / dehumidifier in the property .I would go back! The odor will not seem strong or not there when you get situated. I truly think it depends on how much it is used. Thank you for the communication by email and text when necessary. Appreciate it!

Condo with Great Location

My husband and son needed a centrally located condo to stay in for the World Am Golf Tounament. This condo was perfectly located, two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, nice kitchen, and comfy recliners to relax in after a long day! Condo was clean, plenty of towels. Only glitch was that the week they were there the roof on this particular building was being replaced. It prevented them from parking close to the building, and access to the pool from the back door was prohibited.

Loved that it was on the first floor. Was clean and everything was as described. Owner communicated well. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the location. Easy access to everything if you don’t have to be super close to the beach. Definitely would stay again.

Great location. Condo is spacious. There was a couple of hiccups but the property manager Heather was AMAZING and very attentive. If it wasn’t for her this review would be completely opposite. Definitely will to stay again. Suggestions to the owner get rid of cable and allow streaming for guests!

Convenient location

Loved the kitchen remodel. We only had 5 towels (6 guests), so we were constantly having to do laundry. The kitchen is not well stocked with utensils (great on dishes and pans). We had to call for linens for pull out sofa, (and had to go purchase a foam pad) for pull out couch, as the mattress was so thin, it was hurting the kids. Also, the cleanliness of beds, and linens were lacking. Instead of having a king foam mattress on one of the beds, the foam was cut in to pieces to fit on to the bed. Loved the convenience of the pool.

Great stay and great communication.

Stay was great as well as communication, but the cleaning was a little less than par. The dish drainer had cereal in it from previous guests, the carpet under curtains was not vacuumed very well as there were dirty looking stains on the carpet.
