Golf Trip

The location of this property is fabulous. The condo was very clean and presented as advertised. There were several cabinet knobs missing, shower doors did not function, closet door in front of dryer needs adjustment and we had issues with the spectrum TV programming. We contacted Folks, but it was never fixed during our stay which was very disappointing. Overall, this is a nice property but needs a little TLC is all.

Nice but should get rid of carpet

It was a nice place to stay. The place is clean with the exception of the carpet. About 15 mins from the beach.

Pool and sweet neighbors

We enjoyed our weekend here- small condo community with a nice pool, friendly neighbors, quick drive anywhere in Myrtle!

It was ok, not the best

Multiple outlets didn’t work , the stove was broke and fell apart , was not able to cook anything the whole stay because of that . Maintenance had to come and still couldn’t fix it while we was there so they did provide me a $100 refund for the stove not working Properly. Front door didn’t lock sometimes . Agents were not on standby , if you contact them they don’t respond until the next day. All in all the property was very clean and big but inside the property needs electrical work.

Great stay!!

Loved the location and setup of the property. Had a little problem getting in the condo with the keypad but figured it out. Also, the response time on the 24 hour service was very slow that is why I gave a 4 star on communication. Other than that. Great stay and location! Condo was very clean and spacious!! Checkout was so easy!!
