Summary:
2nd floor + elevator! Let this be your gateway for family and friends vacation in the Grand Strand with great 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions. Fully stocked kitchen, sleeps up to 6, pool and golf course view.
*PET OWNERS: pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved, please contact me for details.

The Space:
2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Very spacious condo. 2 Queen beds, 1 pullout sofa in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. Dining area open to living room.
Large balcony with beautiful pool view.
Sheets and linens provided. Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (6 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.
*Washer/dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is free.
* motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.

The Neighborhood:
Beautiful quiet neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. 10 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

Other Things to Note:
*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.
*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.
*Please review my house rules.
*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.

Please communicate through the website or app only. Downloading the Airbnb app is recommended for more convenient communication. You can call or text to the private number only in case of any urgency.

Good Location

Good location especially if you have kids as you are close to the beach and they have a swimming pool. The only downfall was the two bedrooms were on the pool side and it was quite noisy on the weekend.

Overall a good experience

We had a few setbacks, but they were ultimately fixed. The property was pretty clean, and the check in was super easy. The only problem we had was our bed being broken. You couldn’t sit in the bed without the middle of it dipping all the way to the floor, I contacted Emily and she sent maintenance over, unfortunately, he said he fixed the bed, but he really didn’t. I had to get contact with Emily again, which took a few hours. I was told that the maintenance guy was out of town now. So I ended up need to go to Walmart to buy an air mattress for the night, which she did reimburse me for, but it was still an inconvenience since we had just drove 12 hours and we couldn’t lay down (the other bed and couch were taken by my family) He ended up coming the next day and fixing the bed the right way. Over all the experience was nice and everything was fixed accordingly!

Great place to stay

Aside from the super thin walls where you can hear your neighbors every move; also some of the furnishings are old and needs replacement as you as the guest could be liable if they find it broken and you will be assessed a fee for breaking it although it is already in the verge of being broken. Place is great for a weekend getaway, close to pretty much everything including a 5min drive out to the beach is awesome!!! Will definitely stay here once again.

Great location in North Myrtle Beach

This property was exactly as advertised. Centrally located for all attractions in Myrtle Beach. Comfortable beds, great outdoor pool, nice deck overlooking a picturesque outdoor area. The property owner was prompt to respond to any inquires. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay, near everything we needed to see and do. We did however happen to break a soap dispenser in the kitchen, which was the only downside to our visit.

Not what we paid for

Upon our arrival; we did not know that correct unit number; after entry to the unit, it were only a two bedroom; we paid and it were advertised as a three bedroom. After calling Vrbo three times during one setting, they finally were able to contact the property owner whom argued that he did advertise a two bedroom, when clearly we pulled up our reservations and it stated in plain view THREE!! This was not what we expected! The one bedroom floor was already scratched up upon arrival, the living room TV and Cable went out that Saturday at or around 2:30pm and stayed out the remainder of the trip. The back to both the front and back bedroom cable remotes were missing. This was just a very bad overall experience for our family and we DO NOT PLAN to ever use Vrbo again for our booking sites. The next time during our Christmas break it will be directly booked with the property of Mrytlewood Villa's.
