Small dogs are welcome with prior approval. (Must be up to 40 lbs, dog fee $25 per dog, per night. Restricted breeds are: Rottweilers, Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dobermans, Boxers, German Shepherds, Presa Canario, Akita, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Cane Corso, Great Dane, Alaskan Malamute, Husky, and Chow Chows. No Cats Allowed. No exceptions)

Other Things to Note:
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there’s no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm.

Parking passes (2) will already be waiting for you in your suite.

All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.

For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.

Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee.

Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.

In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).

Nice place

Room was exactly like described. Clean. Excellent view. And a great plus we could bring the fur babies. Ice maker in the freezer was handy. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff was friendly. The restaurant and Starbucks on the property were also convenient. Only complaint we have was there’s not a lot of channels that come in on the television. But over all will likely stay there again.

Great experience

I loved the convenience of not having to check in at the front desk. Also, the location and being able to bring my fur baby. Room was clean and the ocean front view was amazing. Being a single female I felt safe at that location.

Loved the amenities and the dull kitchen was wonderful. One of the beds was so comfortable. The other was ok but had a different feel. Would stay here again. The hotel and room made it easy for our small dog to be part of our vacation

Overpriced Dirty Room

This room is horrible. The rental company Coastal Management Properties is a terrible. They are not accommodating at all. The room was not clean upon check in. Do not book this room. You can stay at this same property by booking directly with them and the room will be clean and more up to date fixtures. We ended up in another room at this property for most of our stay. The stay in the other room was no comparison it was so much better. The bathroom is super small and the sink didn’t drain probably we reached out to property owner and nothing was done. I can not stress enough if you are looking for pet friendly this same property has hundreds of rooms much cheaper and cleaner. Do not waste your money. I will never use this company again or VRBO they also are no help with property that arise. Do yourself a favor and go a different route if you are looking for a place to stay. I learned my lesson never again. Spent $$$$ with them and only spent $$$ total for the other room. Do not use VRBO or Coastal Management Properties.

The room was very cleaned.However, I had NO Cable/TV until the next day around 4:00 pm after calling and texting. I asked for more coffee packets and got none.Poor Management/ service.It was just myself wanting to relax and watch a movie or two.Didn’t happen. I have yet to hear from the owner.

Great place to vacation with a dog

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is in the Patricia Grand Hotel. It is a direct oceanfront condo on the 8th floor. First the pros. The view is spectacular. I really enjoyed that and having a balcony to sit and enjoy the ocean view. Access to the beach was easy. We did not use any of the pools so I can't comment on that. It is a great place to vacation with a dog. I visited with a friend and my small dog. There is a dog park area right next to the hotel, My dog loved it, all the dogs and the smells, she was very happy. The restaurant in the hotel has an area just outside with tables and chairs where we could order meals with my dog with us. That was fantastic and I enjoyed all the food I ordered. The cons aren't huge. There was some sand on the floor when we arrived. Other than that the condo was very clean. The beds aren't really comfortable. I didn't sleep poorly but my friend did. Dishes in the kitchen were a little sparse but it had everything we needed. They supplied dish soap, dish cloth, sponge, dish towels and paper towels and that was nice. Overall, we had a great visit and I would recommend staying at this condo.

Not sufficiently equipped

Unit was fairly clean. beds were comfortable, resort was clean but no one wears face masks on elevators or any crowded spaces! . Kitchen lacks pans/pots. So, if you are renting this unit to do some light cooking like breakfast; forget this one! this is not the one. Based on the fact that restaurants have 1-3 hrs wait and lines for fast food are incredibly long! We prepared for that , but we didn’t even have a decent frying pan ! The one there belongs in the trash! It was not usable; we requested one but vscada the properly management company were passive aggressive and don’t provide any help. They have a calling center that trains employees to take messages and send nasty texts offering no help at all. Too bad the owner has this company to manage a good unit. They messed uo two out of ny 3 day stay! They just moved us around from room to room; not caring for any of our inconvenience!to pack and unpack everything 3 times! They made us waste 4 hours without any communication or solutions! I traveled with my 18 y/o dog and they diid not even offer am apology! The unit is okay; but company management @vacsa@ is disgusting! Pay cloae attention to that name : never book a place that is managed ny vacasa!

This unit has a great view of the ocean and in convenient location. Room had most of the basics, was fairly clean, but the cleaning service could do a better job of vacuuming the carpet...there was dog hair all over and found cigarette butt on the balcony. Overall, was an ok place to stay for the off season price.
