4/10 Mediocre

The Anderson has design issues that make it less than desirable. Parking is a fair distance away. Walking to the pool area and beach requires being very aware of cars. AOC's decor is very tired. If you like hotwater be prepared to wait up to even 10 minutes and then be prepared for it to turn cold.AOC 305 is fairly nice in appearance & was basically clean. The balcony is a great size and design.I expect however, AOC 305 would be very noisey during prime vacation time due to it's proximity to the pools. The king bed had a "very" soft mattress. The dining chairs were very soft and low from the table. Two easy chairs were so easy you sank down into them and had hard wood backs. The coffee carafe did not match the machine so we had to rig a way for the coffee to drip without spilling. If you wanted to watch network TV you had to barricade in the spare bedroom. The owners did not mention to be prepared for construction noise related to pier maintenance.Unlike any other condo we have stayed in there were no instructions left re what to do with garbage, how to use the TV, pool & beach towel service, etc. Can you figure these kinds of things out - absolutely. But they are little details most places leave in some sort of welcome and instruction package.Basically we enjoyed our week but we would not stay at the Anderson again.
