Deja View! 14th floor King Ste w/ 2 Balconies-Wow!

This newly updated unit is located on the 14th floor and offers a king bed as well as a sleeper loveseat for extra space. This unit is the closest to the beach in the Patricia Grand Resort and features not one, but two oceanfront balconies for your enjoyment.
This unit welcomes respectful owners and their small pets also. Resort has 20 lb maximum for guest's dogs, with a 2 dog maximum per room. NOTE: City of Myrtle Beach restricts beach access for pets between Memorial day and Labor day to before 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm. There is a small park next to the resort that welcomes pet as well.
This condo has been professionally redesigned with new LVT flooring, new custom headboard, new bedding, new curtains and a new 50" Samsung smart TV!
Don't sweat waiting in line to check in either. We want things to be as easy as possible for you, so just use your private code to enter your unit upon arrival and then start relaxing!
The Patricia Grand is close to EVERYTHING in Myrtle Beach and offers all the amenities that you expect from a premium oceanfront resort hotel... and more. This affordable Myrtle Beach resort will deliver a fun and memorable stay for the entire family. The room and the host were really great my only two complaints were that the neighbors were smoking black and milds and the smell was terrible in the hallway, and upon trying to take a shower the drain was full of hair. Other than that the view was absolutely stunning and the host was very quick to respond.

Host Tom was excellent. A/C was really struggling. So Tom sent the A/C techs out & ended up replacing the entire unit. The views from both balconies were great. Enjoyed the poolside bar. The room was perfect for our anniversary weekend

The unit itself was ok. The view was great and the room itself was clean enough, but it was also very outdated. The air conditioner is VERY loud, I couldn’t sleep peacefully at night. I did see a huge cockroach in the bathroom as soon as I got out the shower on our last night, which ruined the rest of my stay, – I just couldn’t get comfortable after that. The building that the unit is in – The Patricia Grand, needs MAJOR upgrading and cleaning. The hallways on each floor are filthy – the carpet needs to be removed immediately. The elevators are slow and smelly – smelled like weed on some occasions. I wish I would have known ahead of time that this unit was in the Patricia Grand, I would NOT have booked it. Just read the online reviews of this “resort” for yourself. The pictures of the pool area are very deceiving.

Tom was great , property is dated . But we had a good time ! Parking garage..... lol , very glad I didn't drive my Raptor . Wife's small crossover barely fits . Overall great trip , good weather and lots of memories.

Fantastic Getaway

We had such a special trip. We celebrated my daughter's birthday with a trip to the beach. Everything we needed was here. We were able to cook our meals in the room and enjoyed dinners out within walking distance. Not a single complaint! Great stay and hoping to come back again!
