Welcome to this charming tiny home retreat, tucked just off Highway 501! Perfectly sized for two guests, this cozy escape offers all the modern comforts you need for a relaxing stay.

Step into the fully equipped kitchen, featuring sleek, full-sized stainless steel appliances including a French door refrigerator, oven with stovetop, mounted microwave, and ample cabinet space above and below. The elegant quartz countertops provide just the right amount of room to prepare anything from a full meal to a quick snack. You'll find all the essentials stocked and ready, such as dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, a toaster, coffee maker, and more. Prefer dining out? You're just minutes from hundreds of award-winning local restaurants, and delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash make staying in easy and convenient.

A compact dining table separates the kitchen from the living space and can be folded down to create more room when not in use. Two barstools offer seating for meals or a quick coffee. In the living area, three cozy chairs invite you to unwind, with a small end table and lamp setting the mood. A large wall-mounted TV provides the perfect setup for catching your favorite shows after a day of exploring.

Climb the ladder to the cozy loft, where you'll find a comfortable double bed, two bedside tables with lamps for soft lighting, and storage bins for your belongings. This space is designed with both functionality and relaxation in mind.

The bathroom features a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with a glass door and a rainfall showerhead. A small cabinet provides storage for your personal items, and we also stock the space with starter toiletries including soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and paper towels. To protect the plumbing in this tiny home, we kindly ask that guests use only the specialty toilet paper provided.

Outside, guests can enjoy a shared firepit and grill, perfect for evening hangouts. These amenities are shared with the private home on the property, so we ask that guests be mindful of noise and clean up after using these features.

Travel light, as this home comes fully stocked. Towels, linens, bedding, cookware, and all kitchen basics are provided to ensure a seamless stay. An electronic keyless entry system makes check-in quick and easy.

Located near the MYR International Airport and Coastal Grand Mall, this tiny home offers unbeatable convenience to shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go-karts, fishing, golf courses, and countless attractions. Whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, you're in the heart of it all, just off Highway 501.

It is important to note that this home is located directly behind a private residence. We respect our guests privacy, and ask that our guests respect their privacy as well! The large home on the property is not accessible to our guests. This listing is strictly for the tiny home! It's also important to mention that the main house on the property is equipped with a Ring door bell camera and security system with a speaker that is located in the tiny house. Guests will not have access to the security system, but the speaker in the tiny home may occasionally make an announcement that someone has walked by the Ring door bell camera.
