Clean and Comfortable Oceanfront Condo, Lazy River | Crescent Shores - S 1606

Youll love the simple yet chic design of this 16th floor four-bedroom condo. The oceanfront unit has an expansive balcony with access from both the living space and master bedroom. The kitchen includes granite countertops, all major appliances and seating at the raised counter. The living room has neutral furniture with a sleeper sofa and a flatscreen tv. The master bedroom has lovely deep red bedding and a large attached bathroom with a jetted tub. The condo also includes four queen beds and a full/twin combo bunkbed in the fourth bedroom – great for large families! Crescent Shores offers an indoor pool, a large outdoor pool and lazy river, and two outdoor hot tubs, all just footsteps from the ocean. A fitness center is also on the premises. Located in the Crescent Beach section on historic Ocean Boulevard, Crescent Shores is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north, and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. The resort is also walking distance to an Irish pub that offers a unique oceanfront dining experience, as well as an ice cream shop to cure any beachgoer's sweet tooth. The beach at Crescent Shores offers the more adventurous guest seasonal parasailing and banana boat rides, something exclusive to the Crescent Beach area.

Very nice and clean property. Wonderful view of the ocean. Nice pool, lazy river and hot tub. Very convenient parking. Lots of buggies and carts to facilitate loadind and unloading We would stay here again.

This place is very nice, plenty of room and clean, not super clean but clean enough for a beach condo at that price, and no bugs! The lazy river was closed our whole stay except for a day or two because of glass being dropped into it. The condo lacked in some comforts, not enough pillows/blankets, very thin pillows, no working ceiling fans besides 1, toaster half broken but plenty of towels, new appliances, washer and dryer worked great. Overall a very nice place to stay at N Myrtle Beach!

Nice condo and area. Not cleaned properly.

Check-in was easy. Condo is in good location. Room was nice, but there was sand in at least two of the beds. Upon leaving, we stripped the beds and found nasty stains on the mattress cover and moldy, nasty spots on the box spring cover. The floor looked clean, but we quickly realized that it had not been mopped well. Our feet and socks were brown after walking on it. One ceiling fan didn’t have a pull chain so the room was hot at night. One dining chair had a leg that was loose and about to fall off. If it wasn’t for the poor housekeeping, I would definitely recommend. but for the amount of money we paid, including the high cleaning fees, I expected better.

Unit was disgusting.

The unit we stayed in 1606 was NASTY. We had to clean the entire first day. The floors were disgusting. After 3p mins of being there our feet was black. We ended up having to wear shoes the entire time. Beds are SUPER HARD and the outside comforters smelled. We had to wash those the forst day there. Check in was easy. Facility was nice but the unit was the worse ever for cleanliness.

Relaxing and convenient

The balcony view was absolutely amazing, close to the elevator, everything in the condo worked nicely. Loved having the washer and dryer to wash clothes before leaving. 10/10. Would recommend this condo!

Property clean, Condo not so much!!

This condo is very dated and needs deep cleaned!! Carpets are nasty, couches stained, stains on bedding, black mold in bathrooms. We seen 3 roaches throughout the week!! Air conditioner didn’t work properly the first 24 hours. I will say the maintenance guy was very nice both times it stopped working and he did get it fixed! Our kids wouldn’t sleep on top bunk because it was so unsturdy! The bottom bunk planks are not attached so any movement the mattress fell through. It’s a good location and the property itself (pools, beach, elevators, etc.) was nice. . . This condo just needs some serious TLC!

Cresent shores 1606 condo.

The location and surrounding area was super. The condo was okay. The condo was not cleaned well at all before our stay. There was candy wrappers food in the couches. The kids bed had food and wrappers in it when we took off all the bedding. The chair legs were really loose on the table n chairs. The condo would of been nice if cleaned properly and small items maintenance. For the money of our stay feel these things should not of occurred. Other than these issues it was a good location.

Nice condo, fairy great location to lots of amenities

The condo was located in close proximity to lots of restaurants, shows, and attractions in Myrtle Beach. The bedrooms are spacious, as well as the bathrooms. The condo itself it was dark, and could use a little sprucing up. New paint, and updated furniture would be a nice addition. The condo fees that are assessed in the winter are a little ridiculous. We did not get to enjoy any amenities, the outdoor pools were closed, the indoor pool did not look very clean, and it took us about three days to be able to find the indoor gym. We loved the ocean view from the balcony, being on the 16th floor right outside of the elevator was awesome. Loved having TVs in every bedroom, and the full size kitchen.

Crescent Shores Condo 1606S was great, everything we needed was there. Kitchen was very well equipped except needed more spoons.
