Completely renovated in January 2025, this condo is a true gem. New LVP flooring has been installed throughout, creating a fresh, modern look. The main living area is the heart of the space, with a custom-designed sunset mural that brings the beauty of Myrtle Beach right into the room. A stylish greenery wall, perfect for photos, adds a fun touch, while the new furniture – including a full-sized sleeper sofa, dining table and chairs, accent chair, coffee table, and nightstands – gives the space a cozy, inviting feel. The queen-sized bed features LED bed lights, and the new electric fireplace adds a touch of warmth and ambiance, complete with color-changing LED lights that you can adjust to suit your mood. A stunning custom Myrtle Beach skyline painting ties the room together, and the new 70-inch smart TV with LED backlights offers a cinematic experience for movie nights. The kitchen has also been upgraded with a custom tile backsplash, making it the perfect spot to whip up a quick meal or snack. Everything is practically brand new, and we’re confident you’ll love the fresh, contemporary vibe of this space.



The kitchen is just off the entrance and is fully equipped with a stove, oven, full-size fridge, freezer, mounted microwave, and plenty of cabinet space. You'll have all the essentials for cooking, including cookware, dishes, and utensils, as well as a Keurig coffee maker and toaster for your convenience. If you’d prefer to dine out, you’ll find an array of restaurants nearby, with popular delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash making it even easier to enjoy a delicious meal without leaving your condo. The bathroom is located just past the kitchen, with all the necessary amenities for your stay.

The Myrtle Beach International Airport is also just a quick 15-minute drive from the resort.

The attached parking deck often has available spots, so you can easily park and walk right up to the unit without waiting for an elevator.
