Kingston Brighton 304 Ocean view condo 3rd floor

This 2 Br condo is on the 3rd floor of Brighton oceanfront building, in Kingston Resort. It has been renovated with LVP flooring and new living room furniture. There are beautiful views of the ocean that can be enjoyed from the breakfast bar, dining table, living room, kitchen, and both bedrooms. It features a private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).

The Brighton Tower is an oceanfront 21 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

Beautiful place

This is definitely a beautiful property with a great view. Place was very clean, and we really enjoyed the stay here. Only downfall and it has nothing to do with property , was they were doing construction in the next condo over and it was VERY loud, you would think in a place like Kingston Plantation, that they would wait on tearing up concrete floors until the off season.

Beautiful unit

Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a nice kitchen and dining area. Living room was a little tight, but fine for just the two of us. Spare bedroom is quite large but the Master bedroom is massive!! Balcony access off the master bedroom or from the dining room overlooking the pier and the ocean was perfect for morning coffee. Access to the pool and beach was easy. Would stay here again. Thank you!!

Good Experience

Our family of four enjoyed our time at the condo. It has a great view of the ocean, there is a good amount of space in the condo, and the property is regularly patrolled by security. I know it can be a matter of preference but the beds were really hard/firm in our opinion. Luggage carts are available in the lobby but hard to come by during regular check-in / check-out times. Black Drum Brewing, the restaurant beside the condo, was fantastic!

Perfect location and wonderful place to stay

This condo was perfect for my family. The view of the ocean was amazing. For most of the vacation we sat out on the deck overlooking the ocean and caught up on some reading. There was easy access to the beach from the building. We felt very at ease and safe with the amount of security in place. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting to go to Mrytle Beach.

Great Christmas getaway

We had a lovely week over Christmas staying at this condo. It was great - location is perfect with panoramic views of the beach, super spacious, and great proximity to local activities. We’ve stayed in this building for years but in different units. This unit was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Host responded to an issue with TV promptly. It was an easy fix and we had no other issues.

Fantastic experience!!

We were very happy with our choice of property for our first try at the "snow bird" experience! We stayed for the month of January 2023. The view was extraordinary... what a view to get up to every day - even if we had to work during the week while there! The kitchen was so well stocked... far better than many other VRBO properties!! Crockpot, blender, can opener, all sorts of dishes and utensils... good quality pans etc. The beds were plenty comfortable. Be aware, there is no carpet, so bring slippers in the winter! The living room is tiny, and that furniture was not as comfortable as we would have liked, especially since we were there long term - but we made it work. Another note... if you have mobility issues (I do) it is quite a long walk from the parking garage to the room. Plus, since the building is in the back of Kingston Plantation (a very large spread out gated comunity) it's not easy to sort of "run out" to the store... get takeout etc. So if you do have mobility issues, take that into account. Planning a few days out was important to us. We found that parking on the roof, right next to the elevator helped! But it was a beautiful resort type area, with lots of restaurants, bars, stores etc within 10 minutes. We had an issue with the washer, and it was resolved quickly. Overall, we would highly recommend this property!!

Great Condo!

Brighton 304 was clean, roomy and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Location was very convenient. In either direction, you will find a variety of dining, shopping and entertainment. Property manager has an app available that makes everytning easy. Check-in, check-out and information about the condo & surrounding area right on your phone. If you have any other questions or needs, they are quick to respond. We highly recommend this condo!

Awesome Property

Our one-month stay at this condo was awesome. The condo was exactly as advertised! We enjoyed a lot of time on the large balcony. It had a wonderful oceanview and view of Apache Pier. The kitchen was well-equipped. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the ensuite with jetted tub was enjoyed after a long day. Communication with Chanda was easy and excellent; she was quick to reply to any questions we had. Location is great - close to everything you need such as Walmart, CVS, Kroger and Tanger outlets. Also, just an easy 15 - 20 minute drive to Costco. Kingston Plantation is a very beautiful area and we felt very safe there as it is a 24-hour secured community. We would definitely stay again if we travel to Myrtle Beach!
