  • ¡No hay mejor ubicación en todo Myrtle Beach! Todo el condominio fue renovado de arriba a abajo con nuevos pisos, techos, aire acondicionado, baños, alfombras, alfombras, muebles, vinoteca y más ...(gracias Matthew).

    Condominio frente al mar en el tercer piso con vista a Garden City Beach and Pier. Pase sus días en la playa y regrese al 3BR / 2. 5BA bien equipado condominio. 2 habitaciones queen, 2 habitaciones dobles y un nuevo sofá cama queen con capacidad para 6-8. Nuevos colchones, almohadas, edredones, WI-FI y pantallas planas. Cocina bien equipada con todas las nuevas encimeras. Disfrute de la espectacular vista desde el balcón y en todo el condominio. Almacenamiento de playa provisto para sus sillas de playa, sombrillas, tablas de surf y otros juguetes.

    Todo lo que necesita para unas excelentes vacaciones está a poca distancia: la playa, el muelle, restaurantes, salas de juegos, ¡y más!

    También está a poca distancia en auto del centro de Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk, Georgetown, campos de golf, pesca, parques de atracciones y todo lo que le gustaría hacer en vacaciones.

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view. It was clean and the layout was great for families. The elevator was a plus since we are seniors and the condo is on the 3rd floor. It is a short walk to Garden City Pier and an easy drive to good restaurants and walking distance to a local grocery. It had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We watched the sun rise and the children playing in the pool. The beach is just steps away. We had the best time and hope to return next year. The hosts were very gracious. This is a good one!

Garden City

We loved our stay! It was the perfect location and we had plenty of room for our family. We will definitely be going again! You could walk to the pier or beach in 1 minute. The owners/ hosts were extremely helpful and communicative.

Perfect location and plenty of space

We enjoyed our stay in Garden City and was pleased with the location and the space of the condo. This was my 8 year old nephew's first trip to the beach so it was extra special for him.

Great location! Great value!

Great location right on the beach with access to a private pool. Condo was clean and neat, and owners were great to work with! Great area, close to lots of activities and restaurants, without being in Myrtle Beach. I would highly recommend!

This was a comfortable, well-appointed place. The location was great -- close to everyplace we wanted to go. The host was gracious and helpful. We'll choose it again.

Steps from the beach

Great beach location for this multigenerational family. The locked bins on ground level made toting all the beach stuff a breeze. Very clean and comfortable beds. Enjoyed the balcony all throughout the day. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Host were wonderful and were quick to communicate.

Loved it!

We love this location! It is removed from the crowds and craziness of Myrtle, yet a short ride to every place we wanted to go. The condo was beautiful and immaculate. The view of the sunrise every morning from the balcony was amazing. The beach was clean and not too crowded and we loved walking to the pier at night for some live music

First time to the beach as a family (parents, grandparents, uncle, and great -grandma). Location was great. Communication was great. Elevator was a bonus. Exactly as described.

Family vacation

GREAT BEACH WEEK

Excellent host, clean and comfortable condo unit, over looks beach and pool, just north of the pier. As advertised. When the sun got to much on the beach, the pool started to go in-shade by midafternoon. This is an 18 unit condo building with it's own beach access so the beach area was not crowded like the beaches in front of high rise condos. A real plus.

The right choice

This was a great location, in Garden City. The condo was wonderful, clean, well equipped and so well layed out, it was like 3 separate suites. Everyone had privacy and our own baths. Nick was a great host and made our stay and check in easy. Having the separate entry way with a washer and dryer made coming in from the beach easy to drop the towels and sand. Beach access was great and the lockers with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and toys was a real bonus. We are so happy we chose this condo. ❤️
