The place could really use remodeling, the Murphy bed and the couch pullout was not very comfortable at all. The beds were comfortable.,

The balcony view was the highlight. Room was messy with dirt spot on sheets and what looked like soda stains on the floor by the bed. Room smelled moldy, but overall was orderly and functional. I personally did not like having to remember the pin for getting into the elevator room and then the room code. It was a busy weekend of volleyball, so it just added to the crazy. The parking was convenient. The pool area was nice and walk to the beach was easy. Overall, not bad for the location.

The room was absolutely disgusting, black mold on food, when we called staff, they were completely disrespectful. Will never recommend a stay here again.

If you are looking for a place to lay down and sleep it was fine. There was no towels in this condo for 8. Hard to keep the floors swept with a half broom and no dust pan. We couldn't put the bedding in the laundry bag because there wasnt one. There was some sheets for the spare bed but no pillow cases. Room very out dated. Pool and lazy river was dirty. Could have been because of the fire works. Would not stay here again. I will find some where else for next time

It was so nasty. The lights in the bathroom didn’t work, the cabinets were horrible, paint cans were sitting on the dresser. It was horrible, i wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Room was dirty full of animal hair.. need new mattresses.. very small.. furniture very old an worn out. Pillows had mold on all them so did blankets.. tub very dirty full of animal hair.. the room itself had a very bad odor smelled like feet and other things.. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!

We liked the keyless entry. The room was very nice . Had great looking furnishings. The owners where very easy to talk to and most helpful. Enjoyed having a pool, hot tubs ,pools for young kids a lazy river and all this right on the beach.

The beach view was amazing. The location was amazing. We could walk everywhere we needed to. Will definitely be coming back. I wish the pools were heated. Food and shopping were close. Only thing I noticed was it was a bit outdated, needs a new coat of paint in areas and the bathtub had mildew on the caulking and ceiling and the jets could definitely be cleaned out. We don’t really spend much time in the room anyways except to sleep and bathe so overall it was nice.

I liked it was walkable to the beachfront stores. It was right on the beach. It served its purpose. It does need some updating. Unfortunate no washroom by the pool area. You would have to go all the way to your room. The view was amazing.

For the price it’s awesome. Not the best but certainly not the worst. We cleaned the room once we got there. It wasn’t filthy but not clean enough for us. Pools and amenities were clean and great. We enjoyed staying there and will be back.

We were extremely disappointed with this stay. After driving more than 12 hours for our family vacation, we arrived to find that the unit was not as advertised and was in unacceptable condition. While management later explained that the unit is privately owned, that distinction means very little to guests who book through the resort expecting a certain standard of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance. The unit appeared poorly maintained and in need of significant repairs. The most concerning issue was what appeared to be black mold on some of the pillows. In addition, the HVAC system emitted a strong burning odor, as if something was overheating, and it struggled to keep the room cool despite the summer heat. The unit remained uncomfortably warm throughout our stay. The listing also advertised accommodations for up to 10 guests, but we found that unrealistic. We ultimately had to purchase our own air mattresses to make sleeping arrangements work for our family, which was an unexpected expense after paying for lodging that was supposed to accommodate our group. Had we known about these issues before making the long drive, we would have chosen different accommodations. Unfortunately, finding alternative lodging on short notice during a busy vacation period was not practical. Overall, this stay was frustrating, uncomfortable, and far below expectations. We expected a clean, safe, and properly maintained unit, but that was not our experience.

Made the best of it

Stayed for a week with my husband and two teenage boys. Was a little disappointed with the outdated and run down room. Bathroom sink clogged on day one, informed the rental agent but they never fixed it. Had 3 men shaving and all of us brushing our teeth in the kitchen sink. Big hole in one wall. Jacuzzi tub lol, I didn’t want to soak my toes in it, never mind my butt! But, we were there for the beach so we made the best of it. Beautiful view of the beach, pools were clean and grounds were nice. It could have been worse, but for the cost…very disappointing.

The property was great, but the only thing I didn’t like is that there was no way to get in contact with housekeeping regarding towels. When we arrived, one of the beds didn’t have any sheets on them so we had to wait for somebody to bring sheets and when they did which was late the next day, they only gave me sheets with no blankets.

This room is listed as being able to sleep 6 people. When we arrived, the sofa bed did not pull out. We called the rental company, but no one came to fix it. We had to pull out the Murphy bed. That required us to move the furniture (evening sticking some in a tiny closet) just to be able to move. A note the owners- take out the enormous china cabinet that serves no purpose. The rental is entirely too small for such bulky furniture. While looking for a plug, I found two or more bottle caps behind the night stand. The trip was not terrible- but this room looks a lot better online. Good thing our groups just “rolls with it.”

The condo was old and nasty. The tyrol roof falling at the living room area and I call to tell Orbitz about that, they link communication with Elliott Rentals Myrtle Beach. Orbitz washed its hands because the property rent was with Elliott Rentals, however Orbitz gave me a coupon for $75 to use next year. Elliott Rentals Myrtle Beach call me and said it will stop by to verify the problem. They went after two days. Never relocate to me. I don’t understand how is possible to rent this kind of condos. Neither Orbitz or Elliott relocate me to other property. I never get any compensation or some kind of refund (only the Orbitz coupon). Orbitz was sorry and said I had to pay for the following days. The furniture were old. The condo floor was hairy. I will think twice before renting a condo. I will read reviews well when renting next time. I rent for a week there

Car Show

It was fine my me and my dad but the wife would not have stayed there. Room was in dire need of some work. Paint on the ceiling in the living area was coming off electrical receptacle hanging out the wall furniture wore out! Room was ok for 2 old men but needs attention!

Just my opinion

There were a few things wrong. For one dirty throw pillows on one of the beds. For two the outside light didn’t work so going into the room was extremely dark. Third the lights in both bathrooms didn’t work so I had to use lamps in order to see. I let the lady know they needed to be serviced. She said someone would come and fix them but no one ever came. Fourth the trees blocked the view of the ocean being that it was on the second floor but having two balconies made up for it a little. Other than that the room was decent. Also their check in process for private rentals could have been explained in the email for people checking in late. Not just give them a phone number to call. If I had called 15 minutes later the number given would have been closed for the night i wouldn’t have know where to go or what to do to check in. I also went to the office to speak to someone but every time I went no one was in the office. A waste of time personally. I’m there to enjoy my vacation not stalk the office staff to come in a sign paperwork for my stay as requested they text. Otherwise everything was ok. Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, personal i servei, comoditats, estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
Filthy, was never cleaned and called three days in a row with no response or resolution! Would definitely not go back to Boardwalk at the beach condos in Myrtle Beach! The hallways and elevator smelled horrible also. Management was non existent
