Beautiful Ocean and Marsh Views From This Newly Updated Corner Unit

Come enjoy our direct Ocean and Marsh views. From the condo to the white sandy beach is 150ft!!! Our condo comes complete with new LVP flooring in all the bedrooms, tile in kitchen and living/dining area and bathrooms, freshly painted in all rooms, custom woodworking and cabinetry, new mattresses, new furniture, flatscreen TVs in Bedrooms and Living area with DVD player and inviting decor. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and each connects to a private bath and has its own television. Take a short stroll on the beach to the historic Cherry Grove fishing pier. Cherry Grove Beach is a wonderful, family oriented location. Lots to do in the immediate area including plenty of golfing, fishing, a variety of restaurants, outlet shopping, Barefoot Landing, Broadway At The Beach, and minutes from the excitement of Myrtle Beach. For the more adventurous, we are just a day trip to Wilmington or Charleston. There is truly something to please everyone!

Our condo is very comfortable with breathtaking views of the Ocean to be enjoyed from the master, living area and kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size bed. You will enjoy the balcony directly off the master bedroom and living room with the glorious ocean views as you are waking up. Adjoining the master is the master bath with a whirlpool tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and also connects to its own bath and has beautiful views of the ocean and the creek. The third bedroom contains 2 double beds and has its own bath as well. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, keurig, washer and dryer.

Beachwalk Villas is well-maintained building, close to the IGA grocery store, fish market and more. Our building is only across the street from the beach and has a beachfront amenity center including indoor/outdoor pools(the indoor pool is heated the months of March and April),hot tub, and lounging chairs. Upstairs in the amenity center, you will find the game room which includes foosball and a dart board, and rocking chairs for your enjoyment. Next to the game room is a fitness area with an elliptical trainer, treadmill and nautilus equipment. Bathrooms are also on this floor. Parking is available for 2 cars. This unit is nonsmoking and so is our complex. Sorry no Pets, Golf Carts, Motorcycles, Scooters, Mopeds, Boats, Trailers or RV's allowed on premises according to HOA bylaws. Beachwalk Villas is a quiet family friendly building. Posted rates include bed/bath linens. You will need to bring beach towels.
The months of June, July are rented by the week only. Spring and Fall months our minimum is 4 days. We do welcome long term rentals over the winter. Call 804-241-5700 for more information

This condo was beyond what we expected. Very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The parking was easy and the views were spectacular. The condo was perfectly located just across from the beach access. We also appreciated the beach side pool and bathrooms. Nina was super helpful, kind, and responsive. We hope to stay here again!

Our vacation was perfect! This beautifully decorated condo was spacious and comfortable for the seven of us. The views of the ocean were gorgeous. We loved reading on the balcony where we also could watch the younger family members play on the beach. The grocery was close by and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We plan to return.

Wont be the last time here

The condo is beautiful and perfect for our family vacation! We've not stayed in the Cherry Grove area before but we sure enjoyed our stay! It was nice to be away from all the hustle and bustle of the crowds but still conveniently located to great restaurants, shopping and of course the water! Mrs. Nita was such a pleasure to work with and super helpful with a few special requests! I highly recommend!!!

Love the view!

I can't say enough about the view. Sweeping views of both the ocean and the marsh. Everything is provided for a relaxing vacation. Shopping is just a short drive away as are plentiful restaurants. The owner was just a phone call away and responded immediately to any questions or concerns. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will return.

Family Celebration

My family always comes to the beach in June. Well, this past January, my daughter was diagnosed with cancer and was undergoing treatment during our normal vacation time. So I cancelled that trip and scurried to find something later. I found Beach Walk Villas 802 and it was absolutely beautiful. And our family vacation this year meant so much more, because my daughter went from stage 4 cancer to remission. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will definitely be back.

Best Stay Ever!

Everything about this condo was great. The location was perfect and the condo itself was beautiful. The host was very helpful and prompt to answer any questions we had. Check in was smooth and instructions for departure were very clear. My favorite thing about the property was the view from the swivel chairs in front of the big window in the living area.

Sisters Beach Trip

I took my 84 year old Mom and 86 year old Aunt along with my sister to help re-live childhood memories.. My Mom and my Aunt are the reason my sister and I are such beach lovers. My Mom and my Aunt were talking about how they were never going to see the beach again before they died and I couldn’t let that happen. We had a wonderful time! The accommodations were exactly what we wanted and needed!! Thank you again Nina for the beautiful place! We made new and lasting memories

Amazing location and beautiful property

Nina was so kind and easy to deal with. Very quick to respond. So understanding and helpful in everything we needed. The views were amazing. Loved having coffee and watching the sun rise from the balcony. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. I would love to stay here again. Highly recommend this place.

Lovely rental space

We really enjoyed the condo. It was very spacious and had spectacular views. The decor was nice…items were well chosen. The beach was an easy walk just across the road and it was not overly busy in that area. Parking was easy and there was plenty of available space. The lockers made storage of our beach items easy. The washer and dryer were Great so that we could return home loaded up with clean laundry upon our arrival. We really enjoyed this place, probably one of the nices vacation spaces we have stayed in. We keep pretty busy on vacations and it was a good launching point for our adventures around Myrtle Beach and as far away as Charleston. Nina was great about checking in on us to make sure all was going smoothly and was very responsive when we had questions. I would have preferred a key code for entry rather than having to meet someone but it worked out.

Spacious and comfortable condo

Perfect for our family of five which includes 3 adult children. Love, love, love the view from the picture window and the balcony. Beach was easy to access. Amenity center was great. Overall a great place to stay while in North Myrtle Beach. Hope to come back someday! Thanks Nina!!

Awesome Property

Property was very clean, ready on time and had awesome views. We have always booked ocean front in the past. In this property we couldn’t even tell we were across the street. Beach access was very accessible. Overall it was a very easy booking & we hope to be able to book again in the future.

Wonderful Condo!

The pictures do this condo no justice! It was far better than we imagined. So clean and felt like home at the beach. All of the amenities were just what we were looking for. Nina was great to communicate with and made the entire vacation effortless. We will definitely look for this unit next year as well!

Spring Break Birthday celebration

Place was AMAZING! Very clean and well appointed. I cannot say enough about the views from this condo. Just breathtaking! The only complaint was the hot tub and pool was under maintenance and not available. We had a wonderful stay!

Amazing views!

My family & I stayed at this condo in October 2022. There was 6 of us adults. The condo was very clean, well stocked & nicely decorated. We all felt that for this to be across the street from the beach the views from the 8th floor felt like you were directly on the beach! We will definitely check to see if this condo is available next year!
