Beautiful Oceanfront Condo with Stunning View 3 BR/3 BA

The Sedgefield is located on North Ocean Boulevard in North Myrtle Beach. Just a few steps to the sand and sea, not to mention a spectacular view from the oceanfront balcony.

Ask anyone who has stayed on the oceanfront Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, and they will tell you it is one of the finest family beaches anywhere. The widest and most level beach on the Strand, away from the traffic and crowds of other Myrtle Beach areas, yet close to all that the Grand Strand has to offer.

Whether you enjoy dining, golfing, shopping, fishing, or just sitting on the balcony, feeling the ocean breezes and listening to the breaking waves, you will be planning your next Beach vacation before this one is over.

Relax and enjoy your vacation in our oceanfront, three-bedroom, three-bathroom condominium. Our unit is located on the fourth floor of a five-floor condominium unit. A new elevator is provided for access.

The oceanfront outdoor pool with showers are located just outside of the elevator. The unit sleeps six and is central heated and cooled.

We strive to bring you the perfect beach accommodations. Linens, towels, clothes washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Guests are greeted with a clean open unit with lots of hospitality for your vacation.

The unit was recently renovated to include painting of the kitchen cabinets and wall painting plus new artwork and new furniture. Hardwoods in the bedrooms and new linens in all three bedrooms and bathrooms.

You will be sure that you have found the perfect vacation rental as you relax, enjoying the fantastic view. The den has a pull-out, queen-size sleeper sofa, and a wonderful view of the ocean/beach area. A 50-inch Smart TV is available for your use in the den area and all bedrooms have also have smart TVs.

Private balcony - the oceanfront, private balcony provides a beautiful view of the beach. Chairs are provided for your relaxation.

The unit sleeps eight. The master bedroom is Ocean-side and has a king-size bed with adjoining bathroom. A 43-inch smart tv is located in the master bedroom. The bathroom has two sinks, large vanity area separated by hide-a-way door is tub/shower.

The second bedroom has hardwood floors with a queen-size bed and adjoining bathroom. A 43-inch smart tv is located in the second bedroom. The bathroom includes sink/vanity area and tub/shower.

The third bedroom has hardwood floors with twin beds, 32 -inch smart TV. Third bathroom has access from the hallway. The bathroom includes a sink/vanity area and walk-in shower.

Beautiful condo, love the ocean view!

We needed to extend our stay in North Myrtle Beach unexpectedly, and we were very lucky to find this condo was available. The host responded to communication quickly, and the cleaning crew did a spectacular job — the condo was pristine! The furniture was in great shape and as pictured in the listing. We would definitely consider staying here again if we ever plan to visit NMB again.

Property needs updating

Beds need replaced, master bedroom needs a ceiling fan because room faces the sun, and 2 of the bathrooms have no safety bars. Rooms need deep cleaning,fix the leaking windows facing the ocean during a storm, no way to turn off the light over the stove at night, shining into the master bedroom. Living room Tv volume was muted and couldn’t fix,2 bedrooms faced the outside hallway lights and the window blinds did not prevent the light from coming through them all night. The ocean front facing windows had BLACK pull down shades that did not block the hot sun coming through them each morning.need to be replaced with better sun protection. Outside patio needs smaller furniture to accommodate more than 2 people. Cleaning people left the thermostat on emergency heat when we arrived and the apartment was very warm. Refrigerator outside water dispenser needs looked at. Water only trickles out of it. There was only one very small dresser in the room with twin beds. Had to hang most everything. Glad I brought my own hangers. Not a great room for a 3rd adult, let alone for kids.That room needs a large taller dresser in there. One twin bed was very uncomfortable and saggy. Too much light coming through the blinds from outer hallway night lights. Hallway bathroom must be for kids but I used it and the shower stall is very small for an adult. Shower handle is old and my body bumped it while in there and the shower door opened when I leaned over, spilling water all over the floor.

Oceanview Escape

Our family loved this condo! Great location to relax, forget about the outside world for awhile and make family memories. Check-in couldn't be any smoother. Our host, Angie, was great with communication and offered suggestions of places to visit and her favorite restaurants. The condo has a spectacular view of the beach and pier, which gave us a wonderful front row seat to the lightning storm over the ocean. It was a pleasure to end the day on the covered patio with a bottle of wine, listening to the waves roll onshore. The condo was clean and well-appointed with a coastal feel in every room. All appliances worked wonderfully. The building has an elevator and luggage carts available with plenty of parking. There's a small number of units, which made for quiet times at the private pool. Around the pool there are tons of chairs, tables, and umbrellas. There are BBQ grills also available in the parking area, which we used, and they worked great. Although we were in a less touristy area, it was just a short drive to any restaurants, bars, or mini golf. It certainly met all of our expectations and will definitely come back when we get the chance.

The nicest host family ever

This was a great place to stay. It was clean and the location is fabulous. Angie and her family were so kind and prompt to help us with all the questions we had during our stay. The unit is a little dated but it is everything anyone could want or need. We had our 4 GrandGirls and they said Jim is the nicest man they ever met and they were happy he helped when we needed him. When you get high ratings from 4, 6, 6 and 8 year-old girls, you are definitely doing it right. Thanks for a lovely stay. We can't wait to come back. The Sunshine Spreaders! Very nice condo, great view, nicely furnished . We very much enjoyed our stay and would return for another visit. Everything went well, could have used some directions on operating the tv, but no problem. The only thing I would change is having higher chairs on the balcony so you could see over the railings .

Relaxation Vacation

Simply amazing! I couldn’t ask for anything more in a place to relax and rejuvenate myself. The views were spectacular- the beds, seating were all comfortable- truly Home away from Home feel. When I first arrived I wasn’t sure which unit I was in because VRBO did not send that specific info- BUT I reached out to the owner and they quickly responded and also provided some additional tips and info about the area. I will book this location again and again! Thank you so much- I already miss being there!

As advertised.

The condo was as advertised. Everything worked fine. Get use to using the tv is interesting. They have spectrum I have direct tv, once we got use to it was fine. Owner is very nice. We got to meet her. She is very quick to respond to questions before you arrive. She provides very detailed information about the area and things to do, places to eat. I’ve been going there meaning myrtle beach for over 50 years. Very familiar with the area. She was spot on with her recommendations. I would book again! No doubt about it.

Wonderful Property

We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this is one of the best. Clean, well stocked unit with beautiful oceanfront views of the Atlantic. We would definitely choose this unit again. The owner was great to work with.

Beautiful condo with excellent host

The condo is beautifully furnished with particular attention to all the details for the best comfort. The communication was super easy and quick. Angie is a superb host and was very accommodating to us especially while a roof construction was being done during our stay. The place looks exactly like it does in the pictures and was very clean. The floor to ceiling window view is excellent. It is a smaller condo, which I appreciate and we even met Angie's mom and dad while staying there and they are absolutely lovely folks. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect Beach Condo

This condo is perfect. From the location, view, size, amenities, amount of rooms in the entire building, decor and design of the condo and the wonderful hosts!!! We enjoyed everything! This is the second time we stayed in Angie's condo. It has been updated and was even better this time. The Hinsons are friendly ,accommodating, and helpful. Even when you have car trouble. I have no doubt we will book this again.

Peacefulness

Angie and her family were very accommodating and made us feel right at home. The condo is decorated beautifully and you have access to the balcony from the Master Bedroom or from the Living Room. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and we would not hesitate to stay again. It was so nice to sit on the balcony in the morning and watch the sun rise and the evening and watch the ocean and activity on the beach.

Very clean and updated

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!! We've stayed in several places in Cherry Grove over the years but this fit exactly what we needed and everyone was happy. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to see that it was just as it was pictured on the website and all the updates that were done made it so nice! Very roomy and comfortable. There were 7 of us and we fit without an issue. Beds do squeak like the reviews say but not too bad. The view is spectacular with the floor to ceiling windows. Owners are very friendly and quick to respond. We locked ourselves out but we were in within about 5 minutes. The pool area was very nice and we spent alot of time there. Short walk to the beach and having the pier right there at night lit up the sand a little so you could see. Very nice place!

Great location

Condo isn’t new so has some wear and tear but nothing that would keep us from staying again. Living room area and kitchen were smaller than we expected making it hard for all of us to hang out in the same space together (6 adults, a 2 yr old and a 6 month old). Beds very squeaky but otherwise condo exactly as pictured. Had everything we needed to cook every meal there. Location was great. Beach and pool were never crowded which was perfect for little ones. We have vacationed in many spots along Myrtle Beach and we all felt the space we had on the beach was great. We didn’t worry about losing site of our 2 yr old in the crowd. Tide pools were a definite plus. Owner was easy to work with and responded quickly with any questions we had. We would definitely stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to someone looking for a quieter, less crowded beach experience.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

The owners are responsive and helpful! The master bed slept well! The beach is beautiful and we had everything we needed! Everything was nice and clean. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the condo and the owner was so nice to help us get back in and responded quickly. Me, my husband, our college age son and his friend stayed. We had room for more. It was a wonderful family vacation! Although we hit it during "Beach week" (after High School graduation), it was still quiet at the condo and all the kids were respectful on the beach. We have no complaints at all! Snooky's was a favorite restaurant. My only suggestion is to not do a Walmart pick up order on a Saturday. That has nothing to do with the owners, just a tip from experience. The condo is not far from IGA, Food Lion and Publix. I 100% suggest going that route! The owners provide paper towels and toilet tissue to get you started. Bring or purchase washing detergent to wash towels and wash clothes. The washer and dryer works great! You will need to purchase or bring dish detergent and dishwasher tabs and garbage bags. The balcony facing the ocean is a lovely place to rest when you're not on the beach. I purchased a week of umbrella and chair service. The owner's provided a link for me to reserve. Lovely, much needed vacation!

We loved everything about this place.

This place was wonderful! The location to the beach was a short walk. It was nice to have the pool and the beach. The view was beautiful. Check-in was so easy. The washer and dryer was a big hit with my daughter-in-law since we had a 2-month-old baby with us. The furniture was nice. It was great to be able to reserve a pack-n-play and not have to bring one with us. We also liked the NORTH Myrtle location, it was less crowded and had less traffic but still a short drive to some nice restaurants. All-in-all it was a fun and relaxing time for our family. Oh, and the owners were very responsive and helpful.

The condo was everything we expected. We would recommend this property for friends and we will probably come here again. We would have liked to see a hair dryer in the unit. The parking was a challenge but nothing could be done about it. You will not be disappointed with your stay.
