Welcome to my vacation rental home in Myrtle Beach— A completely renovated, updated and beautifully decorated north facing unit on the 7th floor of an exclusive oceanfront resort. My rental features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, double door closets in each bedroom and comes fully furnished with 2 separate private balconies.

My rental features:
-Bedroom #1: tile floor, Queen bed with firm mattress, 39' 1080p Smart TV with Hulu and Netflix, access to ocean view balcony
-Bedroom #2: tile floor, Queen bed and a twin size inflatable bed, 39' HDTV and access to ocean view balcony.
-Bathrooms: two bathrooms, towels, welcome size shampoo, conditioner and soap, toilet paper provided.
-Living room: tile floor and beach style furnishings with comfortable queen size sleeper sofa, access to the ocean view balcony, 46' HD smart TV with 70+ standard cable channels and Roku streaming, High speed Wi-Fi access (standard internet), Hulu and Netflix
-Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, plates, bowls, paper towel, utensils, and cookware
-Dining area: dining table seating for four, additional seating for two at the counter
-Linens and towels

This is a true home away from home unit. Close to the Myrtle Beach Airport, Award winning restaurants, Market Common, Boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach, Shopping and Grocery Stores. The Palace Resort has many amenities including large outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tubs, onsite restaurant and bar, arcade, snack bar, sauna, fitness room, steam room and more.

The unit itself was very nice and clean and the owner of the unit was very easy to work with, he always got back to me immediatley. The unit had everythig you would need such as bedding, linens, pots and pans, dishes, etc. However we only were allotted four bath towels for three people for the week. Each floor had a washer and dryer, but in order to use them, you had to set up some sort of account. The owner of the unit offered for us to use his account and he'd pay for us to do the laundrey, but I told him no, it was ok, and we just made it work. The building that the unit was in, was run down, and not very clean. I felt the neighborhood wasnt the best. I wouldnt feel comfortable walking the streets at night to be honest. But I felt safe in the building and the actual unit.

Myrtle beach getaway

Everything was great. Condo was clean, spacious and everything we needed was right there, Located right on the beach. Walking distance to dining, shops etc Had some issues with our flights but Victor was very accommodating for us. Thanks again for an enjoyable trip to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be back.

Fantastic, Quaint Stay

Our stay was fantastic, the location was perfect & the amenities were great. Our condo was stocked with plenty of kitchen utensils, bedding for the pull out couch, & beach chairs. The communication with the owner was amazing, he checked in on us & was available for any questions. We couldn’t ask for anything more :)

Perfect location

Great condo on the beach with access to pool, hot tubs, beach, and fitness room. This place has everything you need for your family including comfy beds, clean bathrooms and a kitchen. Would stay again!

Great location and Host!!!

Victor was a great host with a nice and clean condo. Really nice view of the beach from both bedroom balconies and a great location close to airport, but not too close. I would recommend a stay here and would stay at this location again!!!

We checked out before we even checked in

This place was nothing like the pictures showed. We walked through condo took pictures to present to Vrbo of how misleading the pictures were they also agreed but were not willing to refund. It was extremely disgusting and pictures are at least a decade old. From the bottom of my heart don’t make the same mistake we did as you will not receive a refund even though this was falsely advertised. I truly did not see this as a safe or fit place to let my family stay so we left. I’ve never been so disappointed. Vacations are things you dream of all year let my loss be your gain and keep searching and ask the right questions before you book your stay somewhere. Sincerely

4th of July Celebration

I rely on reviews so I will do my best. Would certainly stay here again! Location was great!!!! Unit was as described (could use some small touch ups). There were some beach items in the closest which were a nice surprise! On the 7th floor so not long to wait for elevator(which were never an issue). Parking garage elevators were never an issue either. Multiple pools and hot tubs that were never busy. Beach access was fabulous! Communication with owner was great. Only complaint would be either an extra set of bath towels or bring your own, because there is no washer/dryer in the unit, it is across the hall. Would certainly stay here again!!

Very Enjoyable Vacation

Great stay. Host was very easy to communicate with. We loved being able to enjoy the ocean view, beach, as well as have access to the resort pool and spa. Location was very convenient. Loved having two balconies. This was my first VRBO experience being the one in charge of making our family plans and I would say all went smooth.

Birthday Getaway

The Unit was very clean and spacious for us 3. We enjoyed waking up to the ocean and hearing the waves all day. Property had security in the parking deck and the building. If we're in Myrtle Beach again we will stay with this host.
