Welcome to my vacation rental home at Myrtle Beach--Gulf Stream Cottages 308! A beautifully decorated, beach style, brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse, with brand new furniture, electronics, and appliances. It is located just one block from the beach!
My rental features:

-Bedroom #1: Queen bed with firm mattress, 39' 1080p HDTV. One folding bed is prepared and stored in the closet.
-Bedroom #2: One queen bed, one twin bed, 39' HDTV.
-Bathrooms: two bathrooms, combination tub/shower, towels, welcome size shampoo, conditioner and soap provided.
-Living room: Wood floors and beach style furnishings with queen size sleeper sofa, 46' HD smart TV with 70+ standard cable channels. High speed Wi-Fi access (standard internet)
-Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, plates, bowls, paper towel, utensils, and cookware
-Dining area: dining table seating for six , additional seating for two at the counter
-Linens and towels, laundry with washer and dryer
-Enclosed backyard with patio with a charcoal grill and table/chairs seating for six
-Covered front porch with comfortable chairs
-Beach chairs (6) and beach umbrella (1) provided
-Private community pool just across the property
-Monthly rent is available from Nov. to Feb.

Gulfstream Cottages is located between 19th and 20th Avenues South; just minutes to all Myrtle Beach attractions, shopping and dining.

Our host was very communicative throughout the process. The home was exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We even walked to breakfast and to the beach one morning. The home was stocked with plenty of towels and kitchen items needed for a family.

This beautiful cottage was a perfect weekend getaway and was exactly as described. Victor, our host, provided the best communication! Short family vacation

Nice beach house our host was great he did a great job checking in while we was at the beach house, and when we left he was in touch. I discussed the few things we had experienced when we was at the beach house that needed work on it. Victor said he will be taking care of those issues which was the queen size bed where the twin bed was at it wasn't comfortable, and the floors wasn't that clean. I would recommend this beach house to anyone. I would stay there again.

EXACTLY AS PICTURED!!!

This was the first time I have ever booked a place, and arrived to find everything looked exactly as pictured on website, if not BETTER! Spacious, bright, colorful, felt like home away from home! Best surprise was how easy the process. No unexpected charges/holds, no annoyances, complete privacy, and it came stocked with all essentials, even trashbags and coffee pot filters! This was truly a dream come true and the easiest part of our entire vacation. I cant thank Victor enough 💛💛💛

CONVENTION WITH KIDS

Our host was gracious. the home was clean, comfy and the perfect accommodation for our family. i would only suggest a new sleeper sofa for the living room. It's seen better days but would only upgrade the already clean, comfy and inviting accommodations. thanks for sharing your space with my family!

Cute little beach house

My friends and I planned a getaway for our birthdays. We had an amazing experience, and great food and attractions are very close by. The beach was within walking distance, but we chose to drive a little further and be near a pier. My only complaint would be the living room furniture. It wasn’t very comfortable, but overall everything else was wonderful! Would definitely stay again.

Best vacation yet

We had the best vacation that we’ve ever had. This was our second time staying in one of houses. As a family we decided this will most likely be our go to place every year. If you’re looking for a nice quiet location, close to beach, then this is the place to stay.

Great location in a very fun town

My family stayed the weekend to participate in the Myrtle Beach marathon. The house was in a super quiet neighborhood and really close to pretty much everything you could want to do with your family. The host was super awesome with communication and making sure we were settled in and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. If we ever go back to Myrtle Beach, we’ll definitely look to booking this property again!

Great accomodations with short walk to beach

This condo community is a gem. The property is kept extremely clean and inviting. The grounds are very well groomed and provide security and relaxation. the condo is well stocked and can hold 5 adults comfortably. We stayed here in the past and will stay in the future. Thanks again

Always a great stay

We love these cottages and won't book anywhere else. Location to the beach ( 5 minutes or less walking ) a few minutes drive from Broadway at the beach, the beach boardwalk and all the other major attractions is a huge bonus. The properties are always clean, well stocked for a family stay at the beach which leaves out the stress of remembering a ton of necessities. We enjoy the private back patio, gated pool that is well kept and the overall vibe of the entire little neighborhood. We will be booking again in these homes for years to come :)

Great, quiet location and very cute cottage

this property is very close to both Ocean Dr and Kings Hwy, yet very quiet and almost secluded. It is about a 10 minute drive into downtown MB; but less than that to Market Common with great restaurants, the airport and more. It's walking distance to a great looking zip line course and huge beachwear store. The cottages look small from the outside, yet they are perfect for a small family to stay in MB. The place had all kinds of appliances, kitchen utensils and beach/pool stuff that you'd want. The washer/dryer was very helpful for us. Both bathrooms were very spacious and worked fine. Victor was really quick to communicate with us and check in a couple times. Highly recommend it for your stay in Myrtle.

We arrived to the location and when we entered we were extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the property. Owner was great with communication making sure we arrived and had no troubles entering and was also available for any questions we had.
