This home is an amazing location for travelers, set in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to tons of attractions and shops. The home is only a block and a half away from the public beaches. It is also three miles away from loads of fun including the SkyWheel, Pier 14 Restaurant and Lounge, and the Ripley's Believe it or Not! A grocery store, zip line/ropes course, and miniature golf are just down the block, and the Myrtle Beach Airport is a mile away. Various beach items are stored in the box on the back patio for your use and convenience

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We liked this quaint little cottage at first site. It has a nice sitting porch in the front and it was very clean from the front to back inside. They have almost everything one family would need on a vacation including dish soap, dishwasher liquid, shampoo and conditioner to coffee makers and coffee. We were thoroughly impressed with the planning and forethought put into someone's comfort to stay here. Ohh, and don't forget the outside closet furnished with beach umbrella a cooler and toys and some other stuff to make it easier to go to the beach. I will be definitely looking for Vacasa rentals in the future.

This was a really clean, well appointed unit. Perfect for the two of us. It was thoughtfully supplied. There was absolutely everything that one would need to start a comfortable, convenient stay. Yet, not overcrowded/oversupplied. The community/pool was just as pictured, and was quiet, safe, and clean. It was close to the beach and had a locker with supplies available to use for a perfect beach day. Communication with vacasa was exceptional. Would definitely stay again!

Clean One Level cottage with no steps

We had a very good time. It was the perfect property for my mother and I she could access the property very easily because there was no steps and very little walking to and from the car to the property. The property was very clean and neat and we enjoyed it very much. Hope to come back again very soon.

80th birthday

I booked this stay for myself, my mom my daughter and my grandmother for her 80th birthday. There were no stairs which makes this ideal. We used both of the rooms and my mom slept on the pull out couch. We had enough space for everyone and it was 2 blocks to the beach. My family was so impressed and had a great time.

Great Location but faulty keypad locked us out 3 hours

Required parking passes for the HOA Property were not provided - signs were EVERYWHERE including inside the home indicating that without passes your car would be towed. The HOA security was active on property. Called management company several times & was told just write a note for dashboard until someone could bring them the next day. Seemed to be ongoing issue as multiple other notes were found from past guests that were used for car. Was up several times that night making sure car was not towed. Entry to the home was key pad. The next morning we went to the beach for an hour with only the essentials. No money, car keys etc. When we got back we could not enter the home. Called mgmt Co. & there was a known issue with this lock & was slated to be replaced. We were locked out of the home for 3 hours w/out food/water car keys, cash etc in the 90 degree heat (with a child) while we waited for a locksmith to drill through the back door. The mgmt co(not the owners) offered us a $50 credit for the issue which was very nice, but 3 hours of vacation were wasted & moods were not great. Batteries were replaced but only worked few days had to use new backdoor keypad through rest of trip. No mattress protector - found several large yellow stains on lower end of mattress when sheets were removed end of stay which was a gross shock That all being said, the location was great a short walk to beach & the house was clean. The backdoor leads to the pool which was a nice surprise.
