We are the owner-operators of our beautiful 12th FLOOR beachfront/oceanfront condo. Check out our other listing, a 3 bedroom/3 bath (458147) only 4 blocks away at nearby North Shore Villas.

Come enjoy our comfortable beachfront beach condo in North Myrtle Beach. This is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 full bath condo with a balcony that offers a beautiful panoramic ocean view and another balcony with a streetside view. The open floor plan is comfortable for a group of up to 11 people.

Our condo features 4 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds (3 Kings, and 2 Doubles) and a sleeper sofa bed in the living room. The master suite has a comfortable King bed and a sliding door that opens onto the oceanfront balcony. The master bathroom has a garden tub, separate shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and a separate full bathroom. The third bedroom has a King bed and an attached jack-and-jill full bathroom that connects to the 4th bedroom with a King bed and balcony to a beautiful street-side view.

The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with Granite countertops, ceramic tile, complete with almost everything you need. It has many amenities including an electric griddle, toaster oven, toaster, crock pot, many pots and pans, casserole dishes, firmware, utensils, etc.

The oceanfront double balcony has an amazing, full panoramic view of the ocean and beach, a table with chairs, and two separate chairs with a small table to relax and enjoy the ocean and beach views. The balcony has access from both the living room and the master bedroom. Out front, off bedroom four, is another balcony with a great view of the area.

The condo is spacious throughout and has ceramic tile floors in the foyer, kitchen, eating area, and bathrooms, with Berber carpeting in all the bedrooms and the living room. The living room has a comfortable sofa, love seat, and two chairs. The sleeper sofa folds out into a full size bed.

The condo has high speed Wi-Fi internet access available free of charge and has 4 flat screen TV's, including a large 55" Smart Flat Screen 4k TV. There is plenty of closet space throughout the unit to easily store all you need to bring. The condo has a full sized washer and full sized dryer.

SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in the unit or on the balcony. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED in the unit or on the balcony. Failure to follow these rules will result in the loss of the entire damage/service deposit and may result in immediate eviction. We have installed a Ring Doorbell.

Sourthshore Villas has a large outdoor pool, an indoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, hot tub and grilling area. The grounds of Southshore Villas are very clean and are well maintained. The villas have two elevators for your convenience and plenty of very convenient covered parking spaces are available on the first 3 levels of the building.

We had a wonderful visit. The hosts were friendly and very communicative answering questions I had before our visit all the way through preparing to checkout. The condo was spotless as well as peaceful with a beautiful view-overall perfect! There is plentiful seating indoors and out and we had absolutely everything we needed from dishes and pots and pans to blankets and beach chairs and puzzles.

Our large family had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful, comfortable and very well equipped with everything you need. The beach was amazing with easy access from the condo. We also enjoyed relaxing in the lazy river. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

My husband and I traveled with our adult children and their grandmother to stay at Scott & Lisa's condo. It was very clean & comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the family area accommodated all 7 of us nicely. The view from the balcony was amazing. The beach was very nice, soft white sand and the waves did not disappoint. The condos location was convenient to restaurants, shopping and attractions. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay.

Great high rise condo for a beachfront getaway

Family Beach Trip

We enjoyed our stay during our annual family beach trip. The kitchen had all the items we needed to make dinner. The rest of the condo was nicely decorated and comfortable. Also the view from the balcony was beautiful!

Family Vacation Fun

This is a beautiful condo and very nice to have on the 12th floor! Less noise and activity above you! Everything is just like you see in the listing! Beds are comfortable, very spacious and loved the high top table! Scott and Lisa are amazing to work with and communicate! Centrally located to great food and fun! I would highly recommend to rent this condo!! ❤️

Amazing condo and amazing owners

Scott and Lisa were the best owners to deal with. They were very responsive to my text messages and told me to reach out if we had any problems during our stay. We had no major issues during our stay. The condo was well appointed with extra toilet paper and soap (we forgot to pack extras). I had everything I needed in the condo's kitchen except an ice cream scoop, but that's on us. Somehow we always equate beach vacations with lots of ice cream lol. The beds were comfortable and clean. I loved the recliner in the main bedroom to read and watch the ocean waves. The dining area has plenty of room for our big crew. As far as the condo building, there was plenty of parking spaces and we never had to wait long for one of the two elevators. You also have Aldi, Walmart, and 2 Food Lions within a few miles. We attempted to grill one night but it was a challenge with a charcoal open grill and the beach winds. So i would say skip the grill and eat in the condo kitchen or better yet, eat at many of the fabulous restaurants in town. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and my family really enjoyed our time together. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again next time in North Myrtle Beach.

Great place and better host!

The week before our vacation we suddenly had to find a new condo due to renovations at our previously chosen one. It leaves you in a panic when you have less than a week to find a new one and everything is booked! Lisa and her husband went out of their way to make sure our family was taken care of! They are there to answer any questions you may have. Their response time when messaging them is fantastic! Once we got there the property was the same as the pictures show and exactly what we were expecting. Since the cleaning lady got done sooner than normal check in time, they let us go ahead and go in as soon as we arrived! Very clean, the location is great and the view is spectacular! Recommend 100%!

Excellent!!

We have been coming to the Myrtle Beach area since the early 1990s and this is without a doubt the best place we have stayed. It was by far the cleanest place we have stayed. It was spotless! The unit is beautiful! It was even better than the description. The owners have gone out of their way to make this unit comfortable and inviting. The linens were exceptional, plenty of hangers in the closets, kitchen stocked with more items than we could use. Accessories in bathrooms were plentiful including soaps, full toilet paper rolls, hair dryers, and LOTS of pristine, fluffy towels! Washer and dishwasher were clean and there was even detergent. The communication with the owners was very easy and they responded to us almost immediately before and throughout our stay. We look forward to returning next year. Thank you so very much, Lisa and Scott!

Family vacation
