The dining area seats eight comfortably. There is one large table that seats six and another smaller table that seats 2. The fully-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and plenty of counter space for preparing meals. Kitchen supplies include pots, pans, cooking and baking utensils, and many extras to make you feel at home. There is a Keurig coffee machine, regular drip coffee machine, and electric tea kettle to suit your preferences. The laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer, perfect for laundry on your beach vacation.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a desk and chair, and lots of natural light and city views. The room has been beautifully decorated with new furniture, decor, and bedding. The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in tiled shower, and two vanities for getting ready. One vanity is located with the shower and toilet, and the other is separate so that two people can get ready simultaneously.

The two guest bedrooms are on the opposite side of the master, providing privacy for everyone. The first guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen smart TV, two dressers, and nightstands with USB ports. The room has been decorated with beautiful new furniture, decor, and bedding. The second guest bedroom features two full-sized beds with new foam mattresses, a flat-screen smart TV with a game console, and a window with beach views. This room has also been decorated with new furniture, decor, and bedding. The two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The balcony is fully encapsulated to enjoy private moments with friends and family. It is furnished with a lounger and a dining table and chairs, an ideal spot to unwind and soak up the sunset or share breakfast.

The building is located on the south end of Myrtle Beach, just 2 miles from Market Commons, 2 miles to the airport, and 2 miles from the famous Myrtle Beach boardwalk and promenade. Regency Towers offers a range of amenities, including an oceanfront outdoor pool (the pool is heated and covered in the winter months only), two hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outside grilling/dining area, a fitness center complete with a sauna, and multiple vending machines. A handicapped pool lift is available on request. There is private beach access, enabling you to enjoy a day at the beach easily. An umbrella and two beach chairs are provided from Memorial Day through Labor Day. There is also a 24-hour security guard at all times and one assigned covered parking spot for added convenience. Additional parking spots are available via the lot across the street for an additional fee or metered parking.
