Rates INCLUDE departure cleaning service. Heated pool option is available for spring and fall at $20 per day.

“On Sheppard Time” is located within walking distance to Surfside’s quaint restaurant district and the NEW Surfside Pier, all of which are located along Ocean Blvd. The following restaurants are walkable: River City Cafe, Gracious Pig, Bubba’s Fish Shack, Neal & Pam’s, Pizza Hyena, Chimichanga Llama’s, and Scotty’s beach bar.

When you exit our back pool gate, you’ll be approximately 150 yards from the beach. Fuller Park, with a playground area and tennis courts, are three short blocks away as well.

Our home offers all the comforts of home, plus a private pool. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch overlooking the fenced in pool area or from the upper sundeck off the master bedroom. This 4-bedroom home comfortably accommodates 12 people.

Every bedroom has a connecting bathroom, as well as its own cable tv. 4 Bedrooms/6 beds

Upstairs bedroom: 2 queens
Downstairs bedroom: 2queens. *Please refer to the linen policy at the bottom of this page.

50” flat screen TV in Living Area. TVs and BluRay/DVDs are also in every bedroom.

Parking for 4 standard-sized vehicles.

Washer, dryer, iron, ironing board

Playstation 3, dvd/movies, and a variety of board games & books are available.

Gas grill

4 beach chairs are provided, as well as beach/sand toys for kids.

Private pool with depth of 3-5 ft. Heating the pool is optional in the spring and fall months for an additional charge of $20 per day. Renters must request pool heat at least 48 hours in advance; it is not automatic. Please note: Pool heat can be maintained only if the air temp does not fall below 55 degrees.

House Rules:
No smoking or pets allowed.
*Minimum age to rent is 25. Renting on behalf of someone under 25 will result in immediate eviction, with no refund .
House parties are strictly prohibited.

**IMPORTANT. READ LINEN POLICY BEFORE YOU RENT.
Linens and towels are not included. Renters can arrange linen service delivery from Vacationgear.com-or they can save money and bring their own.

Keyless entry. (Code to the door will be provided via email on the day of your planned arrival.)

Please note: Our home has a Ring video doorbell OUTSIDE the entrance door which is active ONLY when our house is vacant. The video/audio feature of the doorbell is disabled when our home is rented. Please rest assured that the privacy of our guests is a priority.

Unfortunately it rained terribly the entire time so the pool was unable to be used. The house was great, my only recommendation would be upgrading the tv to allow streaming LOL the old cable was a bit tough. I would book this house again. Great location! Very clean and kept maintained.

just book it!

Two short blocks to the beach (which was never overcrowded)! some food options within walking distance too, and myrtle is a short 20 minute drive. house is clean and it is even roomier than pictures seem. Pool is a great way to cool down. All beds were comfortable and the host is lovely. would book again!

6 Star Property and Location!

First time ever, wish I could give a property and host 6 stars! Perfect location, property was well set up, stocked and the host could not have been more responsive and welcoming. Amazing house for multiple generations, would recommend and would stay here again. Easy to use linen service (thank you for the referral) and plenty of beach/pool toys on site, and we enjoyed some of the games and puzzles available as well! Thank you!

Surfside Beach Gem

The home and pool were super clean! It was so comfortable and loved all the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. We walked to the restaurants which was great. We can’t wait to get back again.

Perfect House & Location!

“On Sheppard Time” is such a charming beach home. Decorated beautifully and appointed with everything you need. Close location to the beach and SS restaurant district/pier. A cute little park within walking distance and a grocery store nearby as well. We had a great time at the pool and the beach. On a rainy day, we play games (there were a ton of games available). The owner was wonderful to work with- very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend this lovely beach home to anyone!

We loved this house! It was very clean and close walk to everything! Kids enjoyed the pool! Host was very easy to reach! The only downside to our stay here was the fact we had to bring our own linen. Coming home with 6 sets of sheets and towels for 7 people was not fun! Took several loads to just get started on laundry from that not to mention the other dirty clothes we had. This was a huge downfall. I was not going to pay for a linen service as I felt we had already paid enough. Otherwise the house was nice. We just probably won’t be going back. Will find somewhere with linen included. This was a first

Beautiful!

Beautiful home. Every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Completely furnished. 2 minute walk from the beach. Close to everything. Beautiful, clean pool. Wish we could stay longer. Absolutely zero complaints/issues. Would 100% stay again. Super host and super happy :-)

Wonderful Stay

We were really happy with the house. Everyone had a quiet spot for downtime and very close to several bars and restaurants. The newly rebuilt pier was great for early morning strolls. All of the beds were really comfy, air conditioning worked very well…sometimes a bit too well lol. We would definitely rent again. Tina

Excellent rental for families

We had the best time in this beautiful home. It has close access to the beach and restaurants, as well as a beautiful pier with homemade ice cream. The house has everything you need and the pool is the perfect size for families with small kids. We had no issues during our stay and we would love to book again if we are ever in the area.

Best Family Vacay Destination

It's been over 20 years that we had been to Surfside and out trip back at this property did not disappoint! The house was pretty much the cleanest property I have stayed in. The owner even helped get it ready prior to our arrival so my husband that flew in could have somewhere to wait for us driving. Location is awesome. Kitchen well equipped along with all the pool and beach gear that was already there. Owner easy to communicate with and always helpful. We will be back again for sure.
