This was the best experience , fantastic host and space. It was super clean, the amenities at the resort are very nice. They provided chairs and beach wagon so that was nice not to have to bring ours. Not the greatest weather, so the heated pools and hot tub was a nice bonus. We will be back and look forward to renting from Kathleen. Thank you!

We had a great stay! The room was clean and spacious. The host was amazing at communicating and helped solved a slight check in issue right away. We love Myrtle Beach Resort and would definitely book this condo again and recommend to friends and family!

I mainly spoke to Kathleen who was very kind and quickly responded to all of my questions to ensure our stay was great as well has the property met our needs. This property had everything we needed from the playpen to additional pillows and everything in between very family friendly. Everything was conveniently there and really had no need to leave upon arrival.

Fantastic Place - Condo is updated, clean and as advertised. Property Managers explained and handled all details, questions that we had prior to arrival, overall - just a simple VRBO process, great value - and a great place to stay in Mrytle Beach!

Kathleen and David were the best hosts that we have used on VRBO! They were responsive almost immediately before, during, and after our stay. The location was great within the complex and within the geographical landscape of Myrtle Beach. The condo had all the little things that you need especially when you have little ones. We will definitely stay here again and I would personally recommend to my family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

End of Summer Getaway

The stay was great. The community was very nice and quiet. The condo was nice also. The owners responded to text messages quickly and the home has everything you need for your stay. There was minor cleanliness issues.

Check-in was perfect. The place was very clean! We were not here for a beach vacation, so we didn’t use any of the beach items. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, etc. to use if needed. Host checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well! Thumbs up!

Great spot and close to the beach

The condo was well maintained, clean, and close to the beach. We stayed here for a week and was just what we were looking for. We had frequent text messages asking how our stay was and that everything with the condo was meeting our expectations. They had a little bit of everything and this would be a place that we would stay at again. We truly enjoyed it.

Beautiful condo at Myrtle Beach resort!

Beautiful condo, close to everything the resort offers, comfy furniture, two bathrooms and bedrooms (great for families!), and everything you need included! The owners make this condo feel like a home away from home, and are wonderful at responding to any questions.

Great Condo

Condo was clean, and just as pictured. There were plenty of sheets, towels and extra blankets. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of cooking and baking supplies. Communication with the owner was excellent, Kathleen checked in with us and was quick with an answer to any questions. We visit this resort every year and this was my favorite condo yet, we’ve already booked to come back next year!

Great condo with a nice view!

Kathleen was excellent to work with! She was very helpful and quick to respond to questions. Some parts of the resort are a little dated but her condo was very clean, nicely updated, and just as she described. We had everything we needed for a great vacation. The resort has a lot of nice amenities and great beach access. We enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again! : )

A home away from home

We loved our stay here. As soon as we walked in, we knew we chose the right place for us. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. We had all the household items you would expect to have at your own home. The location was excellent close enough to everything, especially the beach! The communication prior to arriving was excellent as well. Kathleen answered all my questions promptly and made it a smooth check in process.

Great room in Myrtle Beach

The room itself was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and didn’t have to run to the store to pick up extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Communication with the property owners was also spot-on. Every question I had was answered promptly and courteously. I would highly recommend this room and these owners to anyone.
