Last minute get away!

Great Time

We have stayed at Arcadian 1 & II many times and love the location! This condo was very nice and right above the pool which was great because we have two children ages 5 & 10. Upon arrival we love to open the windows, in the rooms. When opening the window in the bedroom there were dead flies which I did notify the office and they had asked if we would Like someone to come out and re clean. This was an easy fix so I took care of it myself but wanted to mention for future stayers. Great stay. Lots to do and perfect location.

Beautiful, secure, great location

The condo was gorgeous and the kitchen was well stocked. However, the linen service was sub-par. The sheets were old and dingy, and we had to actually make our own beds. The towels weren't very soft and you only get 2 per bathroom (no towels for the kitchen). I would stay here again, but would take my own linens.

Not very clean.

Overall it is a nice unit, but needs some detailed cleaning. Mildew growing inside shower door. Visible dirt and debris beside refrigerator…has not been cleaned throughly for a long time. Unit is right above the pool so you hear everything. Noise all week due to construction/repairs to a concrete storm wall the length of the property.

Great view!!

Condo was just like the pictures and the view was amazing! It would be helpful if the site listed things you may need to bring. The kitchen is well stocked. However, we had to go buy bathroom had towels for both bathrooms and more washcloths because they only give you 2 per bathroom and only 2 towels. Also had to buy kitchen hand/dish towel and wash rags. Have to pay to do any laundry and also make your own beds with the sheets that they give you. The bathroom with the tub leaked very bad and water gets all over when you shower. I think the seal needs fixed. The condo needed to.be cleaned alot better too Overall! Overall our experience was great!! LOVE how it was decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The view from our 1st floor balcony was wonderful! Loved listening to the crashing waves!!!

Thanksgiving Week 2021 at Arcadian II

The condo was very nice and had obviously been recently renovated. The location was great, and felt very secure. The oceanfront view was perfect. The cable was only in the living room and the bedroom with the queen bed. The television in the room with the king bed was not connected to anything, and wasn't even wifi enabled. We made the best of it, and slept in the bedroom with the queen bed. We would stay in this condo again. We had a great week!

Very nice place but dirty

Beautiful condo. Spectacular view. Elliott rentals needs to find a new housecleening crew. Be prepared to clean condo yourself it you want to enjoy the experience.
