This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is a spacious 1347 sq ft directly on the oceanfront on 18th floor of the resort. Enjoy beautiful East Coast Sunrises or watch the dolphin play from your large oceanfront balcony while having your morning coffee. The condo will sleep up to 10 people with a king in the large master suite with balcony access, a king in the second bedroom, 2 fulls in the third bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living room. Each bedroom is equipped luxury linens.

We have implemented contactless check-in. No need to talk to anyone nor pick up keys anywhere. Both resort gate and condo are controlled by combination locks. Codes will be sent by email and text message. Resort is accessible 24/7 So don't worry if you are running late.

Free Parking is across the S Ocean Blvd in the big open parking lot behind the two story building of Oceans One front desk.

Located directly in the heart of Myrtle Beach, Our Resort is close to all the downtown attractions and located right by the brand new downtown Boardwalk, where you will find lots of shops and amazing restaurants. Just a block away, you can enjoy the Family Kingdom Amusement Park with thrilling roller coasters, bumper cars, log flume and several other fun rides. Or spend the day at the Family Kingdom oceanfront waterpark. The downtown Skywheel is less than a mile away from the resort where you can take a ride in one of their air conditioned gondolas and see Myrtle Beach as you have never seen before. And at dusk, the Skywheel begins its light show. With over 1 million LED lights, the display can be seen up and down the boardwalk. Also, within steps is the 2nd Ave Pier, Restaurant and open air bar, where you can try your hand at pier fishing or just enjoy the beautiful sights.

Cancelled our booking on the check-in date

They canceled our booking at noon on the day when we were supposed to check in, saying that this property was double booked.And this happened during the Memorial Day weekend, when but nothing else was available.

The condo was just as described in the listing, and great communication from the host. We didn’t have a car, so the location was great for us - walking distance to anything we needed. Would stay here again!

Beautiful condo.

We loved our stay. The condo was beautiful. The view is gorgeous. Lots of room and spacious. Twin beds weren’t very comfortable (very squeaky mattress), but the other beds (even the futon were great). There is no beach equipment, and we thought we could rent stuff down at the beach, but no stores around here will rent items. So that was the only real downside—buying beach chairs and boogie boards. The owner was very communicative and always responded to texts right away. We’d stay here again!

Amazing Views, Great location

We spent a four-day weekend here. Such a great location and an amazing sunrise, oceanfront views. The condo is exactly as advertised, we had plenty of space and easy access. Our host provided incredibly detailed instructions for access.

Not enough Spoons

So there are no forks and only one spoon which I found odd for a VRBO that has three bedrooms and baths. Unit door code excessively long so pain getting in and out. The day of check out there were zero luggage carts and we searched 10 out of 22 floors.

Worst Experience Ever

Upon arrival there was no water turned on to the unit, called the owner she responded and then ghosted me after that until I called VRBO which one of their representatives did a three-way call and then she sent the maintenance guy to fix the water. After being in the unit we found mold inside the washing machine we also found mold on dishes we had to actually wash the dishes manually because the dishwasher did not work for 3 days before they replaced it. I have several pictures that I sent to her as well as video of how dirty and unwrentable this was at the time. I planned a celebration of retirement for a friend and this is what we walked into I was so embarrassed I have rented from VRBO many times and have never encountered this. Owner offered 200.00 if I gave her a 5 star review which is crazy. I explained to her it's not the money it's the principal and my concern was mold and someone else renting that may have repitory issues. I'm not sure if I can upload video or pictures so you can see because when speaking with owner she said everything was fine I guess my definition of fine is different.

Family vacation

This place is very nice, we had enough room for all of us. The views are beautiful, it is in a great location, very clean. Check in was so easy, and property manager was great with communication. Will definitely stay there again.

Amazing Getaway

The property is in one of the better locations on the Myrtle Beach ocean front. The condo is located on the 18th floor which allows for amazing sunrise and sunset ocean views. The property is immaculately kept with updated appliances and furniture. Janet, our host, made everything super easy. Instructions were very clear and not over complicated. Check in and out is seamless and the entire administrative process was effortless. I would definitely choose Janet as the host for my next vacation to Myrtle Beach. Thank you Janet for contributing to an amazing experience.

Sisters Bday Trip

We have never been to Myrtle Beach before so it was hard to decide a location but we were very happy with it. Janet was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had! The place was very clean as well. One of my sisters is considering coming back with her family since the resort had such a great area for kids.
