Summary:

A FRIENDLY REMINDER TO ALL OUR GUESTS:

We are in no association with the resort. Please do not follow what the other guests of the resort do (ex: giving used towels to staff at the resort, asking front desk for assistance, etc.) We are your hosts, not the resort. Also, please be aware that we can only control over the room you are staying in. We cannot control the parking garages, the cleanliness of the resort, pools, elevators, or anything else in the building. Thank you for your understanding!

You must be at least 21 years of age to rent our properties.



The Space:

This unit offers three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a living area. The ocean front bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has 2 double beds with an ocean view. The third bedroom has a separate door for privacy, a double bed, a sleeper sofa, and a kitchenette! The living area has a sleeper sofa as well making room for 1 or 2 more guests if you choose. The unit comes with new floors, decor, furniture, and TV's. Enjoy the beautiful Atlantic ocean while drinking your morning coffee on your balcony.



Guest Access:

Guests are granted access to all amenities at the resort including all pools, the lazy river, the onsite fitness center, and an onsite Starbucks.

The guest cannot hold the host responsible for resort controlled amenities. (inoperable pools, hot tubs, balconies)



The Neighborhood:

Bay View Resort is nestled directly in front of the 1.2 miles long Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Boardwalk, a lengthy stretch that provides pristine views of the entire beach line and direct access to numerous shops and restaurants as well as the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel (within walking distance!). Along this curving path, guests can enjoy oceanfront views, a refreshing sea breeze and some of the greatest dining and entertainment the beach has to offer.



Getting Around:

Vehicles continue to be the primary form of transportation in Myrtle Beach, but a guest could use Uber and/or Lyft or choose to bike/walk to take in all the views the beach and boardwalk have to offer.



Other Things to Note:

The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules.

This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD



Renters must be at least 21 years of age to rent our properties.



Interaction with Guests:

Hosts are located in Myrtle Beach and are available to help when needed, however we will respect your privacy. Due to the keyless entry we will likely not meet our guests unless needed.

Bayview Condo

The Room: Nice renovated Condo, very spacious with beautiful ocean views. Located in a family oriented environment, directly on the boardwalk with lots of shops, restaurants, and activities within walking distance. Will definitely stay again!My only complaint is we had to keep checking the door to make sure it was locked after we left the room and making sure it was locked at night once we all went to bed. The hotel it self is fine, they just need to get better working elevators.

Bayview Resort Condo

The condo was perfectly located right on the beach and the Boardwalk, making it easy to walk almost everywhere we went. The amenities were wonderful- lazy river, pool, hot tub, workout room and did I mention the beach? No issues getting in or out, elevators worked just fine and we met a lot of nice travelers. The space was large enough for 6 women with lots of luggage! We enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful Condo,amazing ocean views. We had a problem with the air conditioner not working and notified the Host Eagle Realty and he was on it, the air conditioning was fixed in a very reasonable amount of time. Will definitely stay there again. Cheryl K

Family Getaway

Condo was beautiful and perfect for our vacation. My husband and I traveled with 5 teenagers (14,15,17,17,17) and this location was perfect for us. The access to boardwalk, ocean, and views were evwrything we wanted for our 1st trip to Myrtle Beach. Staff in the resort was friendly and helpful. The parking garage is a short walk, but it wasn't a problem at all since you can drop off and pick up at the resort entrance, or if you have a wagon like we did, just load it up. It was a great stay and couldn't have asked for a better condo.

Good stay

We liked the property. We only had a few issues with outlets that were not working in the bathroom and the main bedroom. A hairdryer not working. We didn’t realize it was more like two units connected together so I feel that should’ve been mentioned. The balcony door also did not lock if anyone with children was to stay in that unit it maybe a hazard. We really liked it overall though. The convenience of the location and proximity to the beach/boardwalk was great. The rental company was very quick with responding too. I would recommend this beautiful unit for a large group of friends of family wanting to get away.

Amazing Stay for our family

This property was perfect for us and our 4 teenagers. There was a place for everyone and we all had space. The view from the balcony was perfect and we loved that it was so close to everything. We were there for our Sons baseball but if we ever do visit again, we will stay here again.

Beautiful views

Rental was spacious and clean. The view of the ocean and the beach was spectacular! Location was convient and could walk to restaurants and stores. The kitchen was light on cookware. If you plan to cook, make sure you bring your own.

Disappointed

We were very disappointed with the price of the unit upon discovering other rooms in the resort were ALOT cheaper. This made the atmosphere very misguided. The pool was extremely crowded and the resort never checked for anyone to have a wrist band. The busy location was not our thing for a family with small children, we would not stay in this area again.

Great Place!

This condo was amazing! Amazing views! Amazing location! Spacious! Me and a group of friends has an amazing time! Only thing is the cleaning service. Just make sure you bring extra bath towels, trash bags, and possibly bed sheets because one of the beds was definitely not changed before our arrival. Other than that, a great place to stay!

Bedding was not clean when we arrived!

The bedding of all beds and pull-out couches was not cleaned when we arrived. The owners blamed it on the previous guests because their cleaning service does not check all the beds unless it LOOKS like they were slept in. Hotel won’t help you either since the condo is separate from the hotel. Had to buy our own bedding!
