  • Incredible clean 4th floor condo in magnolia pointe, access to 7 outdoor pools, condo located on 2 golf courses and a mile to the beach, 5 minutes to Broadway on the Beach, waves water park 8 minutes to the Ripken experience restaurants right on 17 bypass etc , right in the middle of it all but yet a quiet view from the 4th floor of the lake, enjoy your complementary morning coffee or afternoon beverage with the sound of running water in the background. Please be advised there are NO MOTORCYCLES TRAILERS, RV ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES. Thank You

Nice place - perfect location

Appreciated our stay for our Myrtle Beach family vacation. Accommodation was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our family of 6. Was within a short driving distance of all the major attractions in both North and South Myrtle.

Wonderful Stay

This property was even cleaner and nicer than the photos show. The location was close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay. I had everything I needed to cook and there was plenty of room for all of us. I will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here!! The host was very responsive and even checked in on us during our short stay! The beds were extremely comfortable. It is on the top floor but there is an elevator! Highly recommend!

This is a lovely condo. Very clean, quiet and much more spacious than I expected. The host is very easy to reach and responds in moments. He very graciously called me to let me know we could arrive a little earlier. I am planning on a return trip next year and hope this property is available. I would book again. Thank you!

Home away from home

We very much enjoyed our stay. The place was so much bigger than expected, very clean, with a nicely equipped kitchen. The location was great, close to many different points of interest. A quick 8 minute drive to the public beach access areas. Nice running/biking trail right outside the door. I will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Perfect Location

We were extremely please with the property and the location. Minutes from Broadway at the Beach and not much further to the beach. It was perfect to be able to hang out at the beach or Broadway all night them come back and have a quiet spot to sleep. We will definitely stay here again. 5 starts.

Our family of eight had plenty of room in this extremely clean condo. We've been to Myrtle Beach several times and always stayed at hotels. This was much nicer. I had questions the day before and was able to get hold of the property manager right away. He was very helpful. The next time we come into town we will definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!!

Quick Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

It rained the entire time we were there. So the unit being as spacious as it was gave us the needed room to be comfortable. It was clean and well stocked. Very close to Broadway at the Beach, many restaurants and stores. We enjoyed our stay!
