AWESOME OCEANFRONT VIEW 1 BEDROOM @ COMPASSCOVE RESORT MANY WATER ATTRACTIONS

Oceanfront ground level one bedroom condo with a full kitchen, full bath and a balcony at the beautiful Compass Cove Resort. The condo has a queen size bed in the bedroom and a double sleeper sofa in living room. There are two flat screen TVs with free Wi Fi, cable. The TV in the living room is a smart TV. Free parking for one car. There is a coded entrance, no waiting in line for check in, simply enter code anytime after agreed upon check in to enter, no need to find or return a luggage cart when a vehicle can be temporarily parked 7 feet from the front door. The balcony door is 40 feet from the beach 20 feet to the pool or lazy river and 12 feet to the grilles with plenty of picnic tables that have umbrellas for shade. The Compass Cove Resort is a family favorite because of the many water amenities that include indoor pools, outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, Silly Submarine kids play area and 720 feet of beach
ADDITIONAL RULES
Guest must bring toiletries
-Must be Over 21 to book,
- if Not Please contact me
- guest must clean and put away dishes at end of stay
- guest must not leave children unattended on balcony or pool areas
- there will be no maid service
--Guest must return Security Card at the end of their stay to the room.
-Guest must return wristbands there is a $50 fee for each wristband not replaced
-Guests have to take trash out, please leave trash in front of door marked trash which is on the right side of the garage past the elevators.

-Guest will not be allowed to buy food or beverages onsite or use the water slides, laundromat, arcade, souvenir shop or gym

-All guests shall abide by the posted rules and are obligated to comply with any new rules that are established after time of booking by HOA and management
-To keep costs down there will only be a Limited number of Towels supplied
-Guest must display parking pass
-if booking after 7 PM Eastern standard time on the same day as arrival guest must 1st contact us before booking

4th of July Stay

We had a lovely time here for 4th of July. We did have a couple things we didn’t expect-broken microwave, rocking toilet, loose outlets that wouldn’t hold plugs, but nothing that kept us from having a good time. We were not prepared for the amount of people on the property or the guests grilling, setting off fireworks (once in the parking garage itself) at 2am, playing loud music, or pounding on our door in the early morning hours, but it may just be that it was a holiday week. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the room was very convenient to the pool, beach, parking, and grills. If you like a party, this is your place, but if you like sleep, you may not get much.

Amazing Hosts

The property itself is very conveniently located and cozy. It’s perfect for a small family or couple since the space is limited. The hosts were phenomenal. We had a small issue with some outlets when we got there but it was resolved by the hosts immediately and they continued to check in with us to make sure everything was good. The resort itself is nice and it’s hard not to love all the different pool options. We loved our stay.

Birthday Vacation!!!!

I hear a lot of stories about booking room's through 3rd parties. Well, this room was amazing! Had everything we needed and more. When we walked in there was a birthday card and a table centerpiece that said" Happy Birthday." The host checked on us throughout our stayed and maded sure everything was good. The room was clean and we enjoyed the pool and beach view.

A very animated resort

The unit is as described. The owner is very helpful. I would recommend for people that like animation including late at night. It was very convenient to be on the ground floor especially with young kids. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas, and our kids loved the submarine. The only downside for us was the noise. It was very noisy late at night. We hear a lot from the corridor, the pool and the noise when the pool gate closes. Overall, we were pleased and had a great time!

Nice, clean room.

The room is right on the corner of the building where a lot of people walk through a gate so it’s pretty noisy. People do have to be quiet after 11:00. The room was crowded and not much space to sit and relax. It seems like it would be better to have a hide a bed couch so that there’s room to sit. We really enjoyed our time there with our kids. They got a condo in the building right behind ours. Theirs was beautifully decorated and more spacious.

Our stay

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The room was very clean, we loved that we could go right outside to the pool or ocean and didnt have to wait on elevators! The pools are very warm and nice tiki bar was awesome and the restaurant on the second floor was good too! I will definitely be bringing my family back very soon! Everything about our room was absolutely perfect! Also a huge plus, if we had a question about anything Mr.John got right back with a reply very very quickly with much respect! I give our stay 10out of 10.

Nice place to stay again .

Everything was as described . Clean , cozy, close to pools & ocean . Great host. One suggestion though nobody’s fault. Do not come during bike week. As the parking was close by so was the noise of the motorcycles.
