Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, communication was excellent, and everything we needed was provided. The location was great and made for a relaxing trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My experience was disappointing. We had to clean bathrooms because of hair on the floor, towels, and washcloths. There was hair on the bed and none of the hair belonged to me or my family. The parking passes were not correct and one of out cars was hooked to tow truck and pulled out of the space. It just was more aggravating than pleasurable

This condo is absolutely filthy! There was food between the counter and stove. The oven was dirty. The floors and walls were plagued with black scuffs and dirty handprints. There was dirt and hair on the bathroom floor. Dishes in the cabinets had residual food and drink on them. We found a roach on the wall and the host will not offer any type of refund despite all this and the listing being misleading. There is NOT a washer, as listed. The property itself isn’t even the blue condos pictured with the pool, but rather, a white motel looking building with window unit style air conditioners. NO central air! Third floor, outdoor concrete steps, no elevator. I booked through Expedia but they say they can’t help because it’s a VRBO property but I can’t chat with anyone at VRBO because they don’t have me as having any trips. I’m at a complete loss as to how to recover anything from this disaster so just hoping to save someone else the waste of money.
