My family and I stayed here for a basketball tournament. Our contact Jessica was very helpful. She answered all questions within 15 minutes.

I would stay here again. The only issue was that the towels were not clean looking and the dishes were not cleans

Not bad but could have been much better.

Room for improvement. Bathroom shower head was no good, plastic lining for shower was also missing and tub was clogged.

Short visit to Myrtle

Great condo and location. Great selection of utensils, dishes, and pans in kitchen. Lysol wipes were available, supply of paper products amd soaps was nice to have. Patio was nice spot to relax and enjoy the view of the golf course. The WiFi was not strong enough to support everyone at once. Shower was ok, could have been a bit hotter and stronger but overall was a great place for our trip.

A number of things wrong with condo

There were a few things wrong with the condo: -we were not able to check in until 6:00 pm, housekeeping was still there -Multiple Light bulbs were not working within the condo -Doors in the washer/dryer area were ripped off wall -TV remotes did not have working batteries -Power did not work to the microwave -No garbage bags were available to hold garbage -Air Filter in air conditioner/furnace has not been changed in a while

The only complaint I really we really had was, the combination lock on the door was not easy to work. Other then that we enjoyed our vacation.

First North Myrtle Beach Vacay

We all enjoyed are first experience in North Myrtle Beach, S.C. and our stay at Carolina Forest! This is an excellent location to all the nearby attractions Myrtle has to offer, beautiful condo, and definitely recommend!

Great location but the cleanliness was a huge turn off

Upon arrival the unto smelt like stale cigarettes and wet dog. After walking through the place just once all of our feet turned black because of how dirty the floors were. They owner did send the cleaning lady to re do to floors but it really didn’t do much. The refrigerator was missing the bottom shelf which made it hard to store things, the freezer wouldn’t remain shut, the dishwasher soap dispenser wouldn’t stay closed to be able to run a load of dishes, and after having the oven on for over an hour it still was on ore heat and never got to temp. The base boards were caked in dirt, there was crumb in the cracks on the coffee tables and furniture. We also discovered mold on both shower curtains in both bathrooms. Again the owner was very helpful in immediately sending someone to replace the curtains. My biggest issue is that we spent a lot of money to stay here for a week and it was split between 3 families. I was refunded a total of $195 which really didn’t change much. We still ended up paying a high price for a place that still needed much more attention even after our checkout. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. He works overseas so I think he definitely needs to look into hiring a new property management company.

Great location for golfers, plenty of room for family, shopping was convenient. Kitchen came with a lot of dishes & utensils, and pots & pans.

Great Place to Stay!

The place was fabulous! Very clean and well maintained. Location beautiful, situated on a quiet very peaceful golf course. We are sorry we couldn’t stay longer. The kitchen had everything you need. The only thing really important to be known ahead of time is to make sure you bring toilet tissue. We loved this place and are planning to come back again next year!
