This recently updated house puts you just a mile away from the beach and equidistant from Broadway at the Beach—the vibrant heart of Myrtle Beach—where you can explore all the city has to offer. Plus, nestled next door to the renowned Myrtle Wood Golf Course, you'll have easy access to both relaxation and recreation.
The space
With its modern amenities and recent updates, this 2,000+ square foot home, constructed in 2017, ensures a comfortable stay. Ideal for families and friends seeking a tranquil retreat near the beach, please note that this property is not suitable for events, parties, or guests under 25 years of age. Indulge in relaxation in every corner of this home, as each room is equipped with its own television, complementing the entertainment provided in the spacious living room.

On the first floor, the well-appointed first bedroom awaits to the left of the entryway, featuring a king-size bed and a private bathroom. Down the hallway, the fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, and inviting living room are perfect for relaxation and socializing.

Venture upstairs to discover three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Bedroom #1 offers generous space with two queen beds, an attached bathroom, and two walk-in closets.

Bedroom #2 provides a cozy queen bed and a convenient walk-in closet.

Bedroom #3, has two full-size bunk beds accommodate guests comfortably, accompanied by another walk-in closet for added convenience.

Guests have full access to the house during their stay, and rest assured, I won't be stopping by. Wonderful stay in the Myrtlewood development, house was fantastic, clean, spacious and a quiet neighborhood. Great location, close to golf, the beach, boardwalk, etc. Would highly recomment. Nick was great to work with and very responsive with the few questions we had leading up to our trip.

Great location

The property is super convenient to the beach, shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. We were a family of 10 ranging in ages 1-71. The home had sufficient space for everyone without being crowded. The host provided ample cookware, fishers, utensils, etc.

Perfect house in an ideal location

We rented this house for our son’s college graduation and it was perfect. Very spacious and centrally located to so much. Would highly recommend! Parking was the only challenge.
