4 Bdrm Condo Ocean Front! Wonderful Furnishings.

Welcome to our beach front vacation home at Ocean Blue in Myrtle Beach, SC. This million dollar condo unit is decorated with all the residential features that you would find in your own home, at a rentable reasonable price. The condo is located on the 8th floor ,center unit, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with a spectacular view.

This condo holds up to 10 people comfortably, perfect for a family vacation or an executive golfer trip with friends. We have 4 dedicated bedrooms with 5 deluxe beds. All bedrooms have Sony-HD flat panel LCD TVs with cable. An entertainment center is located in the living room with a Sony-HD 52' TV with blue-ray player, Apple TV and home theater, just in case you want to see a sports game or movie in style. Dedicated land line is available at no cost for our guest inside the unit, for all local calls. High-speed wireless internet access is available from anywhere in the unit or site at no cost, for those business executives or family.

You can checkin to the unit as early as 4:00pm on the day of your arrival and the check out time is 10:00am on the day of your departure.

A few activities you can do at the resort is go visit our private outdoor and indoor pools with a lazy river, Jacuzzi. Easy and quick access to the beach for a quick swim in the ocean or simply take a stroll and visit the nearby ocean piers. As well as ocean sports, such as jet skies, parasailing, banana boat and others, all at walking distance.

This condo building is very secure with coded access into the building and unit so you will never lose keys. Building is very clean and well maintained facility. You will have a designated parking spot on the upper garage level (3rd Floor) for your own/rented vehicle as well as a visitor spot for that extra vehicle. You are only allowed to have 2 vehicles parked in the Ocean Blue Garage. Please note that no motorcycles, trailers or RVs are allowed. No additional 3rd vehicle allowed/provided.

The property was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The check in was not as smooth as it could have been. There was an email sent to us that we did not know about because were traveling for the change in the door code. However we did received a text and phone call promptly after we had contacted the host. Also not all of the TV's worked in the bedrooms. Other than that the unit and parking was the best we have had in the many trips we have made to Myrtle Beach and we would consider staying at this resort again. The overall experience was great I would rate this unit an 8 out of 10 stars.

Our golfing group has stayed in other units at this property and this is by far the best. Clean, well furnished and the 65 inch upgraded TV was a hit for watching sports. Adolph Miranda was the best and most responsive host I have worked with. Highly recommend.

2025 Vacation

The condo was very accommodating for the 8 of us. It was very clean, well stocked with everything and anything you would need, the parking was wonderful, and it was close to everywhere we visited. The only glitches we had, was the Maintenance Manager. The property advertised an exercise room, both on the condo listing and the Ocean Blue Condo website. The manager got smart with our 19 year old grandson, saying it was only for condo owners themselves. That was one of the amenities that we were looking for. My husband and I stopped down to see if there was a misunderstanding. It ended up in a pretty heated discussion. We weren’t the only ones he had a run in with either. Three other renters, in other condos, were talking at the pool, they will not be back, the way he treated them too. The only other drawback is at the pool. The chaises were apart in groups of two and three. When we tried to move two, to be close to family, my daughter was told absolutely not. It was a fire hazard. We’ve been to Myrtle Beach, 28 times, and we have never ran into this. I asked to talk to his manager and he he said I was talking to him. It’s really sad that someone like that, treats paying customers like he did the week we were down there. The condo and parking were the best we ever rented. You definitely won’t be disappointed on the condo.

Very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The only issue we had was parking. We had a 4 bedroom condo but were only provided 2 parking spots. We had to pay to park our third car at another hotel. That was our only complaint.

Spacious condo and beautiful view!

Our group (6 women) was so happy with picking this condo! It was well kept, nice furniture, very clean, spacious, many appliances in the kitchen, beach items in the closet, comfortable beds and easy access to the beach. The weather was so nice outside that we didn't get to use the indoor pool, lazy river or hot tub on the bottom floor of the building. Our favorite spot was the balcony; great place to start the day and end the day. The location of the condo was great too and it was a quiet building. The condo owner was very quick to respond to our questions.

Rough Week

The property was under renovations. Both indoor pools closed. No TV! Owner didn’t pay his cable bill I guess. Contacted owner and asked me if I figured the TV’s out yet? Took a few days to get that response. Finally on Wednesday he says he will send someone out and obviously no one came.

It was nice. The information about smoking on the balcony was not consistent accross all the rules that were provided. So we didn't smoke out there but you may want to clarify better if guest are allowed to or not.

Forget your Bad shots !!!

No matter what happened on the Golf course all week, I instantly forgot about it when I returned to Ocean Blue. . . the only negative was that parking spaces were a bit narrow.

The condo was beautiful and the view from the balcony was stunning! Really appreciated the hand soap in each bathroom, the dish soap, trash bags and dishwasher soap being included in the rental. We will stay here again for our next trip!
