3BR/3BA Ocean View-Just Updated! King/King/Queen + Sleeper Sofa-Beach Locker!

Welcome to K1 located in the North Tower on the 1st floor in Ocean Creek Resort. Ocean Creek Resort is a 57 acre, oceanfront, gated resort with 24 hour security.

Winter 2021 upgrades include: condo freshly painted and popcorn ceilings removed, new bedroom furniture x 3, updated baths x 3, LVT installed in guest bedrooms, new sleeper sofa, new mattresses and more!

K1 is the perfect condo for large families or two to three couples with small children. Our condo is very spacious with three bedrooms and three full baths. Our tiled, ocean view living room has a new sleeper sofa, and sliding glass doors to access the balcony. The kitchen has been remodeled with stainless appliances, white shaker cabinets, granite countertops and shiplap backsplash. Kitchen is fully stocked with all your dining, baking, and cookware needs. We have a king bed in the master bedroom with new mattress and new furniture, wall mounted TV, LVT flooring and full en suite full bath. Master bath was just updated with new vanity, lighting and mirrors. We have a king bed in the first guest room with new mattress and new furniture, wall mounted TV and en suite full bath. Guest bath was just updated with new vanity, lighting and mirrors. The second guest room has a queen bed with new mattress and new furniture, wall mounted TV and full en suite bath. Guest bath was just redecorated with new vanity, lighting and mirrors. Condo has new tile throughout the living areas and new LVT flooring in all bedrooms and baths. Our ocean view balcony is huge and has plenty of comfortable seating. The balcony has solid panels vs open railings for guests with small children wanting a little extra peace of mind. K1 is located just off the upper lobby providing easy and quick access to the beach, pool and upper parking deck without riding the elevators. Full size washer/dryer in hall closet, free Wi-Fi and plenty of free parking. We look forward to having you as our guest!

Beach Locker info- our Beach Locker is located at the Beach Club (oceanfront pool, lower level). Please feel free to use whatever is in the locker if anything and to store your beach gear. Contents are not monitored as guests leave items and guests toss items due to rust and breakage.

~You will receive a check-in instruction packet via US MAIL 2-3 weeks prior to your date of arrival. The packet will include (2) cardboard parking passes and access code.

We had a wonderful stay! Owner was very easy to get in contact with. Unfortunately a pipe was leaking in the unit above ours when we checked in and the owner personally calledMe and easily helped us move into a different unit so our vacation was not interrupted. The property is gorgeous. Great views, clean, beds comfortable, pools lovely, just a minute or so walk to the beach! Close to many great restaurants and attractions! Would definitely stay again.

Another Awesome Trip

Everything was Perfect!! Kitchen had everything we needed. Balcony was big enough for our group of 3 adults and 3 kids. Beds were comfy. View was Amazing!! Our host was the Best and always is. We didn’t have any problems and would definitely rent this room again!

Wonderful stay and fantastic communication

This trip is just what we needed. We loved the location of staying more north area of myrtle beach. We also LOVED that on the beach by the condo was an area on the beach that wasn’t connected so it felt like it was a little more private. Communication was excellent. I had a few questions and also some last minute changes and she was amazing and very helpful. We really liked the set up of the condo as well. Having 3 bathrooms, one connected to each bedroom was also amazing. Nothing negative to say, will stay again.

Great Beach Location

Super quiet complex, nice and close to the beach and two pools. Always lots of space at the pools and the beach was not very busy. Everything was nice in the condo, beds were okay. Easy access to Barefoot Landing and Myrtle Beach.

It was just as advertised. We loved that it was on the first floor. No stairs or elevators to use. Short walk to the beach. Very quiet and not crowded at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Great experience. Nice place! Would stay again in the future. Only negative was the construction work above us hammer drilling at 6 am in the above condo. Over all I give this place a 5 out of 5.

We now have a new Favorite.

This place is absolutely gorgeous just like in the pictures .The location was perfect right across the street from Barefoot landing which was definitely a plus . The condo was very functional it had everything you would need just like the comforts of your own home , the kitchen was fully stocked with pots pans utensils it was seriously nothing else you could ask for. Cheryl and her Housekeeping team where A+ they were on top of everything and it made it so much more relaxing knowing you had no worries it was truly one of our best vacations at Myrtle . Thank you so much Cheryl you were awesome cant wait to rent from you for our next getaway.😊

Great place to stay!

Listing is just as described and pictured! I was just recommending this rental to a friend and I would absolutely stay again myself! The only con was there wasn’t enough linen.. towels, wash clothes, sheets or blankets or pillows! But that’s an easy fix just take some of your own! Other then that it’s the perfect place to stay!

AWESOME!!!!

Our family was a little skeptical celebrating Thanksgiving at the beach under the COVID conditions, though we had made the decision on Thanksgiving 2019 that we would change to the "coast" location. The condo and all of the amenities were above our expectations. We really didn't think twice about the virus scare. Of course, we followed the "3 Ws." Will definitely book with Cheryl/ParadiseFound again. Thanks for a great memory!

NICE, SIMPLE and CONVENIENT

Myrtle Beach was very nice, calm and warm this September. We liked everything about our stay at this beautiful Resort. Spent a lot of time walking, swimming and relaxing under the sun! The advertised condo pictures are very accurate. Choosing this particular condo we wanted to avoid crowd as much as possible due to Covid-19, so 1st floor (actually 2nd living floor) with no use of elevator and with parking lot across the unit was ideal. The ocean views from the balcony and living room were gorgeous. This unit has everything you need or almost everything you need while vacationing. Beds are comfortable enough but we wished to have some extra pillows especially for the master suite and some extra blankets for cool nights but unfortunately had to turn heat on . The bed sheets were wonderful quality! Not a cheap ones! The heat lamp in the master bath was a bonus! This unit is a family friendly, nothing fancy or extra just nice and simple exactly what we were looking at this time! Hope our comments will help to make this condo even more appealing! We were seeking a 3 BR unit on a lower floor, to avoid elevators, and we were lucky to find Cheryl's K1 unit available. We were pleased with every aspect of the unit and enjoyed Ocean Creek resort as well. The location is great - it is at the end of the condo/hotel strip and south of resort the beach was gloriously open and crowd-free. Many restaurants, shops and activities are within 1-2 miles. Cheryl was very responsive and helpful.

Covid escape

This condo was the perfect location for our mini vacation/ change of scenery from Covid. If there were a lot of guests staying here, we didn’t notice except for parking at night. Parking is not a problem but that was the only way we knew there were other guests at the resort. We went to the pools and saw only one or two other families. The beach was not crowded either. As for the condo, it was perfect!! 3 large bedrooms. We were not crowded at all!! We had a everything we needed for cooking our meals. Kitchen was well supplied. Hopefully we can come back and stay longer after all this is over.

As always, Cheryl’s properties at Ocean Creek exceed our expectations. The decor is good and there are plenty of dishes and utensils for meals in. The 1st floor unit was great - easy to get to the beach and pool without using an elevator. I would recommend Ocean Creek to anyone. Thank you, Cheryl, for making our stay great!
