2 Large Bedrooms, Double Oceanfront Balcony, Full size kitchen, Pool!

We only rent Saturday to Saturday during the Spring and Summer months. NO PETS, and NO GOLF CARTS or TRAILERS are permitted on property by the condo association and will be towed away at your expense. The pool is not heated and therefore cold and opens Memorial Day. We do NOT advertise on Craigslist, only VRBO!

2nd floor unit in Surfside Landing 1213 S Ocean Blvd right oceanfront building with ELEVATOR and only has 8 units total in the quiet area of Surfside Beach and has parking underneath and out front and a grocery store and restaurants near by. Key-less entry system, easy access. Code will be sent a day before arrival. Large guest room in the front of the home with 2 queen beds and dresser, a ceiling fan and closet, and TV with cable. Hallway with full bathroom with bathtub and shower, toilet sink and mirror. Kitchen on tile has granite countertops, fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, with bar stools. Plenty of Brazilian redwood cabinets for storage. The dining area has a dining room table that seats 6. The living room has a full size pullout sleeper couch, coffee table, 2 end tables, and large flat screen TV with cable an amazing view of the beach and ocean from the oceanfront porch that has a table and chairs. Washer and dryer in the unit. The master bedroom has a king size bed, full size dresser with mirror, nightstand, and closet, with a second oceanfront balcony which connects to the living room balcony. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with bathtub and shower, sink. The unit also has cable and internet throughout, and its own parking spot underneath the building along with guest parking out front. Bath towels and linens are included. Guests will be notified of the key less entry code and move in instructions before arrival.

Everything we needed for our stay was there…towels, sheets, fully appointed kitchen. Safe undercover parking. Two awesome decks overlooking the pool and the ocean…waking up every morning with a view of the ocean and most often beautiful sunrise. Best part was the location of the condo…close to restaurants, entertainment, shopping and Brookgreen Gardens. We hope to stay there again.

We really enjoyed our trip! This property was comfortable, spacious, and more than sufficient for our needs. The parking was so convenient and the condo was full of friendly people. It's a perfect location, such an easy walk to the beach and the access to the elevator made it so much easier for my mom.

Great location and views. Condo was just ok, sliding door in the living room wouldn't open which was disappointing. Communication with property owner was excellent. Would stay there again if the sliding door gets fixed.

Wonderful

Bathroom could use updating. Living room sliding door to balcony very hard to open and both sliding screen door need fixing. Other than that the sunrises were breathtaking and view of beach is beautiful. This was our second time there and we loved it.

Loved this place! The view was amazing, the beach was clean and not too busy and the people were wonderful! Would definately look to stay again. Its a bit far from night life, but for this trip it was perfect! Thank you!

Perfect family beachfront spot

We loved this spacious unit for our family of 4 (2 teens); double joining balcony (one off the primary bedroom) was an excellent way to enjoy the ocean views when not on the beach. The place is very well maintained, cleaned and decorated. The owner is extremely responsive as well.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

The condo had everything we needed, was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had fun finding all the little ducks. Could use a little TLC like fixing the sliding doors but overall a good experience.

I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend because it’s in need of some repairs and sprucing up. The guest bath toilet flooded the first time it was flushed, not a great way to start a vacation. Both sliding doors on balcony are broken and continually fall off the tracks, towel bar in master falls off wall every time you hang or use a towel. Elevator is absolutely disgusting. Filthy, smelly just gross. Certainly not as nice as it looks. Housekeeping clearly never cleans under the beds or furniture it’s gross

SC Beach Vacation

This condo could use some updates and minor repairs. But it was clean and in a great location for our group. This area of Surfside, Garden City, Murrells Inlet was very nice. Would travel here again.

This was our 3rd time staying at this condo. We love the location, right on the beach and central to everything. The condo is large and comfortable, stocked with everything you would need, also has a nice pool. Hope to be back next year!

Awesome Spot!

Our stay at this condo had everything we could ask for. Small details made the stay worthwhile. I’m talking stocked toilet paper, paper towels, a washer/dryer, coffee pot, toaster, soap at all the sinks, towels and linens. Everything was thought of. We also loved having a tv in each room! The pool was clean, and we loved having an elevator. It was a pleasant surprise to have had a double sized condo for the 5 of us! Our kids’ ages range from 2-8, and the condo was in a super family friendly area with the grocery story literally 4 minutes away. We will be back!!
