    Enjoy watching the sunrise over the ocean from your 5th floor private balcony in this 2 bedroom - 2 bath condo located in North Myrtle Beach. The Primary Suite has its own access to the balcony.

    Located near many great attractions including: Barefoot Landing (1 mile), Cherry Grove Pier (7 miles), Broadway at the Beach (11 miles), Broadway Grand Prix (12 Miles) plus various local shops, golf courses, and restaurants.

    Crescent Sands at Windy Hill has its own private beach access point to the popular and marvelous sands of North Myrtle Beach. The primary bedroom boast a king bed and access to its own private bathroom. Two twin beds finish out the second bedroom. The 2nd bathroom has hallway access as well as access from the second bedroom. There is a sleeper sofa located in the living room for additional sleeping space.

    Property grounds feature private pool for condo guest use and a pavilion area for cooking-out. There is a private access point that will lead guests to the beach.

    For your convenience, this unit has a washer/dryer. A full array of kitchen appliances both big and small are included.

    Linens (sheets and bath towels) and starter paper products are included in the "Cleaning Fees".

The place was better then advertised. Great location, very clean, quiet area. The ocean view is amazing. Great communication from host. We will 100% be renting again in the future and would highly recommend. Thank for an amazing stay.

We had an absolutely amazing week here! Condo was perfect for our small family (3 people) with some room to spare. Beach views were fantastic especially for watching the sunrise in the morning. We only had one tiny snag with the door lock but John was quick to respond. I would hands down recommend this condo for your next beach vacation to Myrtle Beach! We will be back!

We were very impressed with the room, the location and condition of the building, and the host. The pictures posted don’t even do the room justice…it has been updated a bit since they were taken. We loved the closeness to both the beach and lots of dining and shopping places, especially Barefoot Landing which is only a very short drive away. Another big positive for our family was that lots of extra little amenities were included with the room, including lots of extra kitchen “things”, extra comfy pillows and fuzzy blankets in the living room, and hand soap dispensers in the bathrooms and kitchen. The pool and deck chairs were clean and inviting, and the access code system to the pool and beach access gate was easy to figure out. The only thing that confused us a little bit was mention of a community closet in the check in instructions, as we weren’t really sure what that was referencing. The host was incredibly responsive and respectful, getting back to us quickly any time we had a question. Overall, we very much recommend both this condo and the host to anyone looking to stay in North Myrtle Beach.

Wonderful getaway

John did an amazing job and have a wonderful ocean view place, condo was clean, comfortable beds plus washer and dryer in the unit , great location, I will definitely look forward to be back and book again. I highly recommend it , the host thoughtfully provided anything you could need .
