The room itself is very nice. A little small, but great for 2 people or family with 1 small child. The tub/shower drained VERY slowly which was an annoyance as it would fill with soapy water and you would have to turn the shower off, stand there for 2 or 3 minutes while the soapy water drained away. Then turn the water back on to rinse your feet. The administration is lacking. They indicated they would text if the room was ready before 4:00. They did not. And I waited around for no reason. I decided to check for myself at 3:15 and it was ready. Who knows, it could have been ready at 11:30 when I arrived. They did not provide the meal tickets for the free breakfast buffet like they were supposed to. I had to call and get them to deliver them to me. The lobby of the place won't help you because you are staying in a private room.

Disappointment

Getting there at 3:30 and not being able to check in to 6 o’clock for a 4 pm was crazy for me because the room was it ready! Come to find out, they never did much to the room to begin with! The bed sheets were never remade. They were just pulled back over. The main point of the hotel is to sleep into shower. The shower was either scalding, hot or cold then getting to the sleeping situation. I reserved for six people with a couch bed, and there are no sheets in the room for the couch bed. I called front desk and they said that housekeeping has left for the day and I don’t have sheets available, finally she was able to scrounge me up a fitted sheet and I went downstairs to pick it up when I was down there while I was in tears thinking how am I going to sleep on this uncomfortable already couch bed, and now with just a fitted sheet or figure out to share sheets with another bed or something . Then go upstairs just pull back the sheets and found out that the sheets were dirty. They were full of spaghetti sauce and noodles! And then had to get another sheet from front desk at that point they did have sheets. The breakfast, pools, golf and staff were ok.

Amazing place with many perks

The good: check in was flawless, location as discribed right on the beach but the surprising part was all the perks that are included. Free full buffet breakfast, free passes to mini golf, tickets to water park and much more. Needs improvement: As mentioned in other reviews, carpet in the condo needs replaced, washer/dryer is due for replacement, pullout bed needs some attention. Overall it was a great place and I would strongly recommend!

First time visit to Myrtle Beach

First visit and in off season but location was close to anything we wanted. Several places easy walking distance from property. Free breakfast was awesome. Room could use a few updates but overall well maintained and clean.
