  • Located on the nineteenth floor this luxurious and comfortable condominium sets directly overlooking the beach, ocean, the amenities and Kingston Plantation.
    This is your dream Myrtle Beach vacation condo. After you arrive, leave your car in Brighton's private garage and forget about it. Stroll, bike, or skate through Kingston Plantation's one hundred and forty five acre ocean front community with fresh water lakes (bring your fishing rods), lush landscaping, rolling wooded terrain, walking trails, beautiful dunes, secluded beaches, or take advantage of the luxurious Brighton pool or hot tub.
    Later enjoy the private deck off the master bedroom with views that overlook the Atlantic ocean and Kingston Plantation resort.
    After a busy day at the beach or pool relax in the Jacuzzi whirlpool tub located in the master bathroom.
    For your dining and entertaining our full kitchen can meet all your dining-in needs, with a refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic top stove, all utensils, cookware, and service for 8. Linens and towels are also available for your added convenience.
    Each of the bedrooms has a full bath, a flat screen TV, and a fantastic view of the beach. The large private balcony is accessible through the master bedroom and the living room. There is also a health club that requires an additional charge for admission.
    Need to check email from the office? The Condominium includes a wireless broad band internet connection for your lap top.
    And that's not all... the condominium's interior has many exciting features including crown moldings in the living and dining rooms. Traver tine marble floors and granite counter tops add to the luxuriousness. A washer and dryer is also available for your convenience. The condo is equipped with every possible amenity for a fantastic stay.

    VRBO guests do NOT have access or use of the Embassy Suites' pool decks or Splash water park. However you have access to the Brighton Pool and the two Kingston Plantation Master Association pools, which are the Beach Club pool and the pool located within the Windermere By the Sea Community (across from the Brighton high-rise)

We loved our stay in the Brighton. I love morning coffee on the balcony and I his is the perfect place for that. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The owner Sal was very helpful and accommodating. We'd definitely stay here again!

Stayed in this condo and it was one of the best stays at Brighton. We come back every year to the hotel but this was our first time staying in this Condo. Sal was amazing to work with.

Such Fun

Staying at Brighton Tower was amazing. Our entire team stayed in the building for Spring Break- and nobody had a better view than us! the condo was great, and the entire process was awesome from Start to Finish working with Sal! We have already booked for next year.

Great location. Large balconey. Big screen tv. One of the best Greek restaurants close by. Right on the beach. This is part of the Kingston Plantation so you have access to many amenities.

Wonderful view and location to beach

This condo had an amazing view and was located close to everything you could want to see. There is a restaurant next door and a Starbucks. Sal was very helpful and informative. The condo is exactly as pictured.

Great Condo and Great Owner

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was great, the views were great, and both the building and the condo have been well maintained. Sal (the owner) was amazing. This was our first time using VBRO, and he made the process seamless, and really wanted to make sure everything went well for our trip. You can tell he really cares about ensuring that your trip goes as good as possible. I would recommend this for your next stay in Myrtle Beach.

Great Location!

Clean and adequately furnished. We really liked the location, being in the gated community of Kingston Plantation, and near the Apache Pier. Lots of good restaurants within a couple of miles, and not far from Tanger Outlets and Walmart. The layout of the condo gave us privacy as the master bedroome/bath is on one side and the other bedroom/bath on the other side, with kitchen, living & dining rooms in between. We hope to return for our next beach vacation! Owner very nice to work with.

Incredible stay!

My partner and I decided to get away for a little while, and after a few days of searching and comparing properties we decided on Sal's beachfront place. I'm so glad we did — we love Kingston Plantation and the place was top notch. It was spotless and had the most amazing view. We came prepared with our own dish soap and dish detergent, hand soaps, and paper towels, but those were provided in the unit. Sal was also wonderful and offered suggestions and even let us check in very early — thank you so much for your generosity! We'll definitely be back!

Very clean!

The condo was very nice and very clean. I am a clean freak and I was very satisfied. You are on the 19th floor. We typically stay low so that took some getting used to. We stayed mid August and found the beach non crowed and very well maintained. The building was always spotless the covered garage to park was fantastic. Owner was immediately available for the only two questions we had. You are next door to a restaurant and a small water park not sure the water park might belong to the hotel next door but they shut it down early enough that it was no issue. Definitely would recommend.

Great weekend!

A big thank you to Sal and his family for the hospitality using their unit for the Labor Day weekend. Communication was top notch, accommodations were excellent and the unit was very nice. The balcony was a great spot to take in the sights of Kings Plantation. Will definitely stay there again next trip to Myrtle!

Had fun but I wish the property was cleaner.

Overall we had a wonderful trip. But the kitchen needs renovating and the floor is super sticky. Sal was a great help though !
