Amazing host. Easy to book with and get ahold of. Beautiful unit has everything u need and report staff is so helpful. Only thing the unit needs is new mattress really bad besides that amazing place please don’t hesitate to book just ignore all the Karen’s out there thanks again the short family

The room was clean and had a beautiful view. The building had a security panel in place at the elevator entrance so only guests could get in. Wish there had been a walk in shower for my elderly mother but that is on me for not checking. Our one issue was the pot smell was horrible at times. Either from the floor below us or somewhere on our floor. The pool area was nice and we enjoyed our beach time.

Loved it! So much space for the price, beautiful view from the balcony, very clean, great access to the beach! 5 stars :)Just some notes: Main entrance to elevators always wide open despite having theoretically needing a code. Lazy river is extra lazy - no moving water. Provided: Bed sheets and thin blankets, and bathroom towels with three rolls of toilet paper each. Hand soap, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner present, though quantity and quality not great, but expected. Kitchen has a paper towel roll, basic dishes toaster, cake pan, frying pan. Two packets of dishwasher powder, one packet of laundry powder, a tiny dish soap bottle, and a dish sponge. Missing: No food or seasonings/oil at all - some coffee packets for the provided coffee pot. Would be nice to have an ice tray. No other cleaning supplies. Awkward charger plug-in placement everywhere, would be nice to have one at the nightstands. TV: three TVs, only one DVD player in the king bedroom without a DVD remote - existing TV remotes not fully functional, could not navigate to turn on closed captioning. Living room screen glitches every 2 seconds. But all of the above were not deal breakers.

After reading reviews and watching Tiktok and seeing horror stories of rooms and rentals in Myrtle Beach I hoped I picked a good one. This condo definitely was. It was clean, although not as clean as one would like, so bring the Lysol wipes. They do provide courtesy products but bring your own extras. My kids said the pool wasn't bad but needed a cleaning. The ocean is right outside and the view is beautiful. There were NO BUGS. Linens were clean. Overall I would recommend staying here and if I can I will book there again.

Upon arriving to the condo after checking in , found the door was standing wide open no one around. Then when we were getting ready to leave NO hot water for our showers. So it started ok and ended bad and the front desk was no help informing me that there had been a thunderstorm and maintenance wasn’t there yet . And I had to pay for these services.

4 Adults stayed for 5 nights. Very good location within walking distance to the boardwalk, Sky Wheel and restaurants. Incuded parking was also good. Room had 2 very nice bedrooms and 2 full baths. Beds were decently comfortable. Excellent ocean view from the balcony. The included breakfast was excellent and the continual replay mini golf was a lot of fun. Spa area and pools were being serviced and didn’t use them during stay but look nice. Check in and out was very organized.

We had the best ocean view of any place we've ever stayed. The extra long balcony had two doors, including one from the master. Ours was a two bedroom unit. The kitchen was well equipped. Location superb.

Issue with check in

I had booked and paid for both condos. I was told in an email, that I would receive both door codes the day before our arrival. Then the day before our arrival, I was sent an email saying that we wouldn’t be receiving the door codes after all, and it was going to require a face-to-face. I was going to be delayed in arriving, but sent a big portion of my family on the head. Vacay was not going to let my family check in because I was not among those arriving early. This was totally unacceptable to me and took lots of begging for them to let my family. Go ahead and check in. Other than that. We had a very nice day, and both condos were very nice.

Beautiful view of the sunrise.

Everything was great and loved the service at registration. It was nice having two bathrooms and two bedrooms. View from the balcony of the beach and ocean was fantastic. Only negative would be they need to enforce the no smoking policy on the balconies. We constantly had to yell over the edge to people to not to smoke.
