Set within an 1000m2 of private, gated grounds, Ino Villa’s outdoor spaces celebrate leisure in all its forms. At the heart lies a shimmering 100m² private swimming pool, complete with a 20m² children’s section, where afternoons stretch happily into evenings. Couples can slip away for a late-night dip in the non-heated spa whirlpool beneath the moonlight, while little ones delight in hide-and-seek among the colorful gardens or play freely in the dedicated lawn playground equipped with swings, slide, and outdoor toys.
The expansive lawns provide space for family games, from croquet to impromptu football matches, while more structured recreation awaits with a volleyball and basketball court and a table tennis set. As day turns to dusk, the shaded dining terrace and BBQ area beckon for long alfresco suppers, laughter echoing as stars appear in the Cretan sky. The final bedroom is a loft-style retreat with its own living area, a 32” Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin, perfect for those seeking a private escape within the villa. Throughout, premium bedding, curated décor, and a sense of space enhance the feeling of a home designed for both relaxation and togetherness. The villa comfortably hosts up to 18 guests in beautifully designed bedrooms, with the added flexibility of sofa beds to welcome 8 more. Accommodating a total of 26 guests, it offers a rare balance of space and intimacy, ensuring everyone finds their own corner of comfort while staying connected together.

An open-plan living and dining area with the fully equipped kitchen, fostering relaxed gatherings and a 50’ TV. • Three spacious bedrooms anchor life around the pool terrace, each with its own en-suite bathroom, with a walk-in shower and Smart TV. (Two of the bedrooms feature double beds and the third offers twin beds; each also includes a comfortable sofa bed for flexible sleeping arrangements.
