What's more, the home features a convenient and fun lawn-covered play area for younger guests, complete with a playhouse, slide, seesaw, and hammock—carefully designed for ultimate playtime and bonding. For absolute relaxation, the villa also features an expansive outdoor shaded dining area with a BBQ (charcoal) and wood oven. Inside, the villa blends elegance and practicality, with a spacious lounge, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and five uniquely decorated bedrooms.

This enchanting retreat offers a sparkling 50m² private swimming pool (0,90-1,50m depth, non-heated) and a 10m² children’s pool (0,60m depth), both surrounded by luxurious loungers and umbrellas, creating a tranquil oasis for relaxation. A large shaded dining area for up to 10 guests, featuring a charcoal BBQ (charcoal) and traditional wood oven, sets the perfect scene for alfresco gatherings. The lush garden is a highlight, with picturesque seating spots nestled in greenery, a botanical herb area, and a serene ambiance that invites you to unwind while enjoying the stunning countryside and mountain views. Families will love the playground designed for children's fun, featuring a playhouse, slide, seesaw, and hammock. Additionally, the villa is equipped with three bicycles (helmets are provided for guests), as well as a ping-pong table and a foosball table, guaranteeing endless fun for guests of all ages. Fitness equipment, including a stationary bike, treadmill, and weights, is also available for those wishing to stay active and maintain their routine while relaxing in this serene paradise.

Internal Living | Beds & Baths
Designed with both relaxation and functionality in mind, the villa features an open-plan living room adorned with stylish furnishings, a cozy fireplace, and a 55” Smart TV, creating an inviting space to unwind. Two PlayStation consoles, the PS3 and PS4, are available for hours of fun and teamwork in the cozy living area, creating the perfect setting for an afternoon of laughter. The PS3 comes with a selection of exciting games including Call of Duty: World at War, Killzone 2, Rise of the Argonauts, Battlefield: Bad Company 2, Resistance: Fall of Man, Race Driver: GRID, Sega Rally Revo, Full Auto 2: Battlelines, and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. Meanwhile, the PS4 offers the chance to enjoy FIFA 20 and Pro Evolution Soccer 2020 (PES 2020), ideal for some friendly competition and family fun. Each of the villa’s five uniquely designed bedrooms reflects a blend of comfort and individuality, featuring plush bedding, 32” Smart TVs, and either private or shared access to beautifully appointed bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 12 guests in total, with 10 guests comfortably sleeping in real beds. An additional 2 guests can be accommodated either on living room sofas or with the option of 2 folding beds provided upon request. For the most comfortable experience, this arrangement is best suited in either the Green Suite or Turquoise Suite.
