Superior 3 Bedroom Villa with Private Outdoor Pool

Mykonos Village, as it is located on a hill, offers panoramic views and is an excellent choice for those who want to spend their holidays away from the noisy areas of the island.

The accommodation is luxurious, modern and provides a private pool with a view (can be heated at an additional cost), air conditioning, free WiFi, private parking and smart home technology.

The space
The villa (230 m2) combines the traditional Cycladic style with a more modern one and consists of two floors.

On the lower floor are the entrance to the accommodation and two bedrooms with access to the balcony, queen size beds and their own bathroom each.

On the upper floor are the living room with a large corner sofa, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, electrical appliances) with dining area, WC and the third bedroom with queen size bed, view of the pool and its own bathroom. Outside is the terrace which consists of the swimming pool (17 m2) with hydromassage and outdoor furniture.

Both the living room and the bedrooms are equipped with TVs and air conditioners.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to all areas of the villa.

Other things to note
The cleaning of the space and the change of linen is carried out at no extra charge and every third day. This frequency can be changed after communication and there will be an extra charge for the extra days (30€/day).

The swimming pool is provided free of charge, however, its heating is provided at an additional cost (50€/day). In case you're interested, please let us know at least two days before your arrival in order to activate the heating.
