"From the moment I stepped foot in the lobby, the staff was energetic and welcoming. In our 3-day stay, we enjoyed breakfast which was well stocked and had great hours of operation. "Room service left my door open twice. Dirty/hard water stained shower heads; HUGE roach in my stuff found on day 2, overnight guy was nice about getting me a new room (had to switch twice due to cleanliness and door bolt not working in the next room). "The hotel is nice. When I stayed in February I had no issues. This trip the water was luke warm and my room smell like mildew. I spoke with the front deak and she informed me that it was a water boiler issue and it was like that in the entire hotel. She said that she couldn't switch my room because there were no more available. I sprayed lysol several times to try and help with the smell, but it didn't work."
