"The hotel has good amenities and the front desk staff tried their best. The area around it was pretty rough by the standard of Beijing. The area was noisy and had a ton of drunk people loitering around especially at night.
The housekeeping staff was on the aggressive and overzealous side of things. Cleanliness could be better. The shower was semi-clogged and drained poorly.
The hotel seems to discount unsold rooms at night and this tend to bring in a loud party goer style crowd after...

"The staff was kind and very helpful, the problem was that when I arrive they didn’t had my room ready, so I needed to wait for hours, they offered me free breakfast for because of the inconvenience, but still when you come from a long flight all you want to do is have some rest in you hotel room."

"Great stay. Great breakfast, though not really oriented towards western cuisine. You have sort of a continental breakfast but mostly Chinese cuisine which personally, I loved! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Great location with direct access to the subway stations and a gigantic high end shopping mall china world from the same group as the hotel. If you’re travelling with three or four people I’d strongly recommend using DIDI (Chinese Uber) very cheap and reliable."

Another Incident the front desk booked a Taxi for to meet for a day tour! He Charged me $150.00and I got back to my Hotel I got a...
