"Solo se puede resumir en una palabra: Inmundo ¡¡¡¡¡"

"Muy malo, no lo recomiendo. "

"The hotel was absolutely terrible. The housekeeping staff stole our passports and my handbag. When we complained, they secretly put the bag back as if nothing had happened. Another guest at the hotel experienced the same thing with their phones. We were able to watch the CCTV footage, which clearly showed that we brought the bag into the hotel. Less than an hour later, while we were having breakfast, it had suddenly disappeared. Instead of taking responsibility, all the staff and the hotel...

"Annoying worker I ordered food delivery and he stayed 30 min and they didnt allow him to bring it to my room or they bring it and i had to go down to collect it Rooms are old and water is dirty"

"Ubicación idónea Personal amable"

"An absolute standout stay! The entire property is sparkling clean, modern, and relaxing. Check-in was effortless, the bed was ultra-comfortable, and the Wi-Fi and amenities worked without a hitch. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more enjoyable experience—10/10 recommendation!"

"The hotel is well maintained, conveniently located with lots of restaurants nearby. It is clean and quiet. The staffs are very helpful and willing to help. Our group of 12 all enjoyed our stay. I will stay here again next year when in Cairo."

"Todo muy bien"

"Si todo excelente "

"The Longchamps is a comfortable, relatively small, European-style hotel in Zamalek, a lovely part of Cairo. It has charming common spaces including a few terraces where you can relax between activities or eat breakfast. The breakfast buffet offerings were ok and included hard-boiled eggs, fool beans, cooked vegetables, and an assortment of bakes goods as well as cheeses and fresh veggies and fruit. "

"Great location, clean rooms, nice staff, in general a perfect place to stay to discover Cairo!"

"Hotel perfecto en el centro del Cairo si no necesitas lujos. Es un hotel modesto pero muy limpio (algo bastante difícil de encontrar en Egipto)y con un desayuno buenísimo! El personal es my agradable y siempre dispuestos a ayudar en cualquier cosa que necesites. Incluso uno de ellos que solo hablaba arabe salió corriendo en busca de alguien que lo entendiera para poder saber que necesitábamos. 100% recomendable!!! Si vuelvo a Egipto sin duda volveré."
