"The property is in a perfect location. You can walk to anywhere you want to go in Gatlinburg. We have been coming to this hotel for many years. The staff is always helpful and friendly but we did notice this year that the rooms are getting a little tired and could use a refresh. They are clean but some of the furniture (chair in the king room) are stained and the beds are not as comfortable as they have been in the past. The rooms are very quiet which is nice. "I enjoyed my stay a lot. The room was clean and it was very quiet. I was in the room downstairs but did not hear any footsteps or noise from upstairs, or next door. I am a very light sleeper so having a quiet room was important to me. Water pressure was good, staff was helpful and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay again!"

"Fantastic!! Loved the balcony on the water the room was spacious and getting in and out with a door code made it a breeze not to keep up with a key. The breakfast was over the top delicious the French toast, blueberry pancakes and coffee was outstanding!! "Everything was wonderful. Very quiet. Organized. Family friendly. Walking distance to the main strip of Gatlinburg. Parking lot was very accessible, well lit, and felt safe. A beautiful place to stay. The only suggestion I have is maybe put something on the shower floor. It gets very slippery when showering especially when shampooing your hair."

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed the quiet on‑site bar with its great drink selection and ended up visiting every night except Sunday when it was closed. The restaurant was only open for breakfast during our stay, which was a bit confusing, but not a deal‑breaker. We loved that the property is tucked away from downtown yet still close enough to enjoy everything. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d happily stay again."

"Very Nice hotel on a small river running through town. It was nice having the sound of the stream coming through the balcony window and door. They do have a small breakfast buffet that we only tried one of the five days we were there. They don't open till 8am and we wanted to be on the toad exploring by then. It's in a great location and a short walk to the strip. The shuttle also stops right out front and it's free. Burnt logs were left in the fireplace which caused an odor in the room...

"Hotel is very clean, very nice staff. We checked out the pool area nice I know kids would love it. Chlorine overload for me. Great breakfast, vouchers included in our reservation. Room lighting: Our room was dark even with the 4 lamps in the bedding area. Maybe brighter bulbs? AC worked great. We would stay here again."
