"Great hotel, comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast was included and you choose the day before. Location was central in Vientiane. To the left was the Hard Rock Cafe to the right a restaurant bar called Kip Chai Deu, that was great and had live music, jazz style. Prices were good. The only issues are, we had 2 rooms and 1 didn’t have a security box. Not for people with poor mobility as there are no lifts and a flight of stairs to get to reception."

"Hotel con mucho encanto situado en la zona comercial de la ciudad. Es pequeño y encantador, buen servicio de restaurante. La habitación es amplia, la cama muy cómoda, todo es de madera, muy trabajada en el pais. Bañoa amplio y muy limpio. El personal es atento y muy servicial, como gesto de cortesía te trasladan sin coste al aeropuerto el dia que te vas. Fue una estancia muy placentera."

"We stayed at this hotel for three nights and it was an amazing stay. The check in was smooth and quick. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable with two types of pillows for your preference. They have 24/7 room service which is perfect if you are jet lag and get hungry in the middle of the night or didn’t eat enough during the day. The washroom was spacious, well stocked, and very clean. "The hotel welcomed us like coming back to my home. Staff was staying at each corner, so it was very easy to ask any requests to the staff whenever I want. The ambience is like 1930’s, which takes me back to the good old time, and it matches to the Laos’s calm & slow atmosphere. "El Hotel no es como las fotos : Esta descuidado ( el primer día con cucaracha en baño ) , sucio , tumbonas de la piscina rotas , desayuno mala calidad y poquísima variedad , Salíamos a las 6,30 de la mañana del hotel . Par contre la chambre double superior au Rez de chaussée à une seule petite fenêtre qui donne sur un mur !, en bas du mur il y a une espèce de caniveau égout avec des eaux usée qui puent. Personnel pas très aimable qui est tout le temps collé au téléphone. Petit déjeuner très basique "
