"I was delighted not to be the only person older than 20-something staying there. It was a bit noisy but I was prepared and I’m a strong sleeper so it didn’t keep me up. It was remarkably clean and the staff were very responsive. Great value, good location too."

"The location is great but the whole experience was disappointing. The Public spaces leading to the room weren't of high standard. The bathroom was very small and cramped. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable for an adult. In general at this price you can find hotels in the area that are better value for money."

"Hotel Milano Castello was fantastic. We had a minor issue with the AC which the staff addressed right away. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. A special thank you to the woman who was working the desk, she has curly blond hair and glasses (didn’t catch her name) she was so great to work with on the AC, she really took the time to make our stay great. We will be back."

"Great location and cool rooftop. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a suite and a room for 2 families. We reserved the pool and spa area just for our party and had a great time. Everything was very nice only one thing the servers at the rooftop take forever no exaggeration:) I would stay again at this property you are 1/2 a block from all the action. Concierge made good suggestion for restaurants and valet were fantastic!"

"Convenient location, walking distance to major attractions. Friendly and helpful staff, even wash and dry our laundry for free! Kitchenette is equipped with all necessities. Spacious and sparkling clean room. It is across from a high school, and it probably was because the end of semester, some students gathered in late night for celebration, they did make a lot of noises though; however, we were tired from day time walking, and still be able to fall asleep."
