"This property was stunning!!! The room is large and gorgeously renovated. I felt like I was in a spa. Every detail was considered and every aspect of the process was perfect.
Konstantinas got me a taxi when I thought I'd never find one, and it came in 2 minutes. I think he and his wife are magicians. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and recommend it highly to anyone considering a visit to Syros!!!"

"We loved our stay at 1844 Suites from the beginning where we got a great history lesson about Syros right to the end where we picked up our bags (but didn’t want to leave). Kostas was an amazing host and the woman who cleaned our room was the sweetest. The room was great and so comfortable. We really enjoyed the patio as well. If I could give this place an 11/10 I would! We would not hesitate to rebook in the future when we return. "

"Our first time visiting the island of Syros, and I would highly recommend Hotel Ploes to friends and family. The location of this hotel is ideal, close by to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beach & more. The owner, her staff and service were exceptional. Included breakfast was incredible on the terrace/restaurant within the Hotel overlooking the sea. "We had a wonderful romantic stay at this beautiful hotel with absolutely stunning views. The sun lights up the place from morning through afternoon, making it the perfect spot to relax. "If you get a sea-view room the location is just spectacular. Room is good but quite basic and the decor is charming and a bit eccentric. Note no coffee faciltites in room but I think you can order coffee. We asked for ice and they brought us ice. Fridge in room is decent. The staff are very lovely and knowledgeable and Syros is really great. Ermoupoli is very special and this hotel is a really lovely place. Do go for a swim! "
