Try as might I could not get through your AI assisted customer service as my questions did not align with your preordained question selection. So unless you want to do the right thing I’m out $200 + dollars. Not a happy Expedia customer… "

"A different concept with no dront desk person. I saw no cleaning people. But room was clean. Theres a phone number to call if you nees something. I called several times due to an emergency and they answered everytime. Good Value and will stay again. "

"everything was great! good location by the river and restaurants around. very good buffet breakfast. our only caveat was i had booked a handicap room because it had a bathtub, we had traveled all day and i wanted to soak. However, there was a trick to get enough hot water, since they did not want to scald a handicap person,... i never did figure it out. hotel offered to send someone, but we were leaving next day."
